It only takes 10 to 15 minutes on foot to reach the city centre and its ramparts. There are fantastic walks in the surrounding area, including the Tour Solidor, the Cité d'Aleth with its view of Dinard, and the Port des Bas-Sablons.

The little house in the dunes

The small house of the dunes is located at the foot of the immense beaches of Barneville-Carteret, opposite the Channel Islands (Jersey, Guernsey…) Close to the village and its shops. (5-minute drive - 15-minute walk). The accommodation is located in a quiet and pedestrian hamlet with 4 tennis courts (private) and a petanque court. The beach is very close to the house (10-minute walk). The small house of the dunes is classified as furnished tourist accommodation (3 stars).

Studio de 35 m2 refait à neuf, à 100 mètres de la plage et ses cabines. Très sympa, agréable facile à vivre. Il se compose d’un coin cuisine, un coin chambre, une belle pièce de vie avec télévision, wifi, bureau et une salle de bain (les serviettes et les draps sont fournis). Le studio s’ouvre sur une terrasse avec salon de jardin. L'hébergement n'est pas accessible aux personnes à mobilité réduite en raison des marches pour accéder au logement et à la salle d'eau.

150 meters from Sciotot Beach (municipality of Les Pieux), this small, old, characterful, semi-detached house, about 50 m2, will allow you to enjoy a beautiful natural setting. The location of our accommodation ensures access to the sea. You can visit Cotentin, practice sports, water sports, hike on the GR 223 and other marked trails. Shops are located in the center of the commune of Les Pieux, 3 kilometers from the rental.

Characterful apartment located 10 meters from the large and majestic Sillon beach. You just have to cross the street to take a sea bath, do your yoga, read a book in the sun or have an aperitif at sunset.
