Please note: The entrance area (living/dining area) is passed through when coming and going, and the kitchen is shared.

The apartment has a free parking space with access to an e-charging station and is 10 minutes by car from the Schnelsen fairgrounds, 15 minutes by car from Hamburg airport, 30 minutes by car from downtown Hamburg. The property is a 7-minute walk from Bönningstedt Train Station. At the moment, there is a rail replacement traffic to Hamburg, so it takes about 1 hour by public transport to Hamburg.

From the hallway you enter the bathroom and or the living room. The bathroom is a through bathroom from which you can enter the bedroom. On the living room side, you enter the open kitchen area. Located in the basement of the house, the studio has a double bed, fitted kitchen, table with 2 comfortable chairs and a private shower room. Outside is a table with chairs to linger in good weather.
