Hello :-) I'm renting a wonderful 1 room appartement in the heart of Rellingen out. (in the northwest city boundary of Hamburg) The appartment is build up on 42m², is located on the first upper floor and has a big south balcony. One can reach everything one need withing walking distance. Several supermarkets, backeries, post offices, drugstores/pharmacies, medical practitioners, banks, restaurants, etc. There is also a parking lot straight in front of the building for you to use. You need simply 30 minutes to get to the centre of Hamburg by car. By using public transport you'll need around 40 to get to the central station. The bus stop is only several steps away from the appartement. Information about the appartement: light kitchen with dining table for 2 and functional facilities for cooking including a coffe machine, microwave, electric kettle, toaster and much more. The livingroom as well as the livingroom offer accommodations for up to 3 people. A 90x200cm and 160x200cm is available. The room also offers a dining table for 4 people and a TV. With the direct S-Bahn connection (S3 / station Halstenbek / walking distance in 3 minutes) you can start your trip to Hamburg in 25 minutes at the Landungsbrücken or in 30 minutes in the city center and visit the Alster and the city hall.

By S-Bahn (S3 station "Krupunder"), you can reach Altona in 17 minutes and in about 20-25 minutes on the Reeperbahn or at the landing bridges at the harbor. The S-Bahn is about 10 minutes walk from us. By car, you are quickly on the A23 (exit "Krupunder/Rellingen").

Hamburg city center is within 30 minutes by S-Bahn - the stop is only a 2-minute walk away. The second room can be used well for a third guest. The sheltered balcony with sun awning invites you to chill. A bakery (80 m), a pizzeria as well as Rewe (550 m) and Aldi (1,000 m) are within walking distance.

Newly renovated duplex apartment

This beautiful apartment has just been fully renovated and features two new, well-equipped bathrooms and a new fitted kitchen with a cosy sitting area. You can access the lovely terrace directly from the kitchen. On the ground floor, there is another bedroom and an en suite bathroom. Upstairs, there is another bedroom with access to the balcony, a living room, and the second bathroom. Not suitable for young children due to the stairs.
