Great newer apartment with its own bedroom, sleeping alcove, kitchen and bathroom, as well as its own terrace and garden. The apartment is in a scenic area, with sea and forest in the immediate vicinity. Ideal for families with small children's playground right outside the apartment. Approximately 10 minutes by car to Kristiansand city center, Sørlandssenteret and Dyreparken. The apartment is basically furnished for three adults, but it can also be furnished to four (two adults and two children). It is possible to charge electric car (price based on electricity price).

The road has a boom at both ends. 100m from Cycling Route 3. Very fast internet. Bathing area in the river 50 m from the cabin . A lot of hiking trails. Robot boat can be borrowed. A lot of small fish in the river. Don't need a fishing license.
