Stayed here for a work trip and absolutely LOVED it. If you’re looking for small and peaceful, this is definitely the spot you want! Very very clean rooms and extremely responsive host! Will definitely book again on my next work trip!

It's always a pleasure to stay at one of Frederick properties. This location is clean, quiet and private. Highly recommend to those that want a home away from home feeling. Frederick is a great host he always responds in a quick manner when ever a issue arise. I give this place five stars.

What an incredible treasure of a find!! This area of Arkansas can be somewhat iffy on safety (coming from a native Arkansan), but this Airbnb’s location was absolutely safe & wonderful! It is private enough to make you feel like you are secluded in a forested area — yet only about a 10 minute drive to Walmart and restaurants. The host went out of her way to communicate with us and was quick to answer. Also, very thoughtful on providing extra bathroom toiletries, laundry detergent, and any other essential that you could think of — down to spices in the kitchen cabinet! This home smells wonderfully clean, feel so cozy, and I absolutely love the set up with a bedroom & bathroom on opposite sides of the home, which was ideal for privacy when we had two couples staying at once. I wish I could give this place 10 stars! Highly recommend!
