Great retreat!!!!! This tiny house is open and feels spacious and well equipped for a weekend or over nite stay. Located by a stocked pond excellent for fishing. Enjoy serene hiking areas excellent for peace and getting back to nature. Horses are nearby so enjoy watching them play. All the amenities you can imagine, full size refrigerator, oven and microwave and washer and dryer. A romantic picnic area with soft lights and plenty of privacy. Pet friendly! It was completely renovated as a certified historic rehabilitation in 2007, and is meticulously maintained. Located just 6 miles south of I-530 off of HWY 79S on 50 acres. Just 1 1/2 miles from Dollar Store, 15 mins from Walmart & Chick-fil-A and 18 mins from Saracen Casino. The Space The Rustic Lodge is a small but suitable place with the comforts of home. An exterior camera is located outside of home. The property is NOT suitable for infants and toddlers due to the close proximity to the pond & private lake. The lake is unrestricted with no fencing or gates.

It's a 7 minute drive to the airport, 10 minute walk to the bustling area of SOMA, a 5 minute walk to MacArthur Park, and many more convenient close destinations. It's perfect if you have a quick stay in Little Rock or just need a place to rest and relax.

Welcome to the Midtown Treehouse. My husband and I built and designed this 350sqft treehouse to be a peaceful retreat for our guests. The property is located behind our primary residence. Although this location is nestled among the trees you are only 2-3min drive from the Heights, where you can enjoy local restaurants and shops.
