The 120 square meters are divided into two bedrooms with spacious beds (1.80 and 1.60), a dining area, open kitchen, bathroom, living room and a fitness corner with ergometer and weight bench. An additional sleeping option can be created, so that the apartment can also be rented for up to 6 people. A highlight of this atmospheric apartment is certainly the large whirlpool in one of the bedrooms. Every bedroom, living room and bathroom has a TV. Our "little house" is located right on the edge of the forest behind our house, as part of an old mill farm! We are 1 kilometre away from the neighbour, and the nearest supermarket is 6 kilometres away. Ideally located, this apartment is good for couples and families (up to 4 people and baby).

The house has an open bedroom, a bathroom with shower and toilet and offers a beautiful view over the fields and the Baybach valley. In addition, there is an open kitchen with all the necessary kitchen utensils. The highlight: Enjoy the sunrise with a cup of coffee right from the bed.

Our holiday home was built in 2020 and offers 67m² of space for 4 people. There is also an approx. 30m² games storage area, which offers many options, especially on rainy days. The house and outdoor area are child-friendly and comfortably furnished. The location is a good starting point for trips to the regions: Maifeld, Moselle and Eifel. Families, hikers and bikers are sure to get their money's worth.
