Holiday rentals with beach access in Pietrasanta

We had a lovely week in viareggio the apartment is lovely and in a great location, the host is very helpful and friendly.

I stay at Luca's in April 2025, the apartment was cozy and close to everything. it had everything you needed for a comfortable stay. Luca communicated regularly and met me as soon as my train arrived. He gave me great restaurants recommendations and the things to do and see. Luca's place is a hidden gem in the beautiful Cinque Terre. I would recommend this apartment from anyone visiting the Cinque Terre.

Best location. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again if possible. Easy check-in process. Clean apartment. Highly recommended.

It is fair to say we had the most amazing stay at Kelly and Yuri’s place. From the character of the building and interior to the unbelievable view of the sea and town, we cannot rave about this place enough. The air BnB has all amenities that you would need, it feels like a home from home accommodation. To add to this beautiful air BnB, Kelly and Yuri made this stay even more memorable and magical. From the moment we met Kelly at check in, she gave us fab local recommendations and made us feel right at home. We later met Yuri on his stunning boat ride along the coast line of the Cinque Terre (which we also highly recommend!). Both Kelly and Yuri made our stay here so special and we can’t thank them enough. We can’t wait to come back and stay in the future!

Very good communication with Francesco who is "thoughtful". The accommodation is ideally located for visiting Florence, Pisa, the Cinque Terre. It is also well-equipped. The bedding is of good quality.

Casa Dena is a wonderful apartment. The view from the balcony is stunning,breathtaking. Bathroom is renovated and beautiful. Kitchen is well equipped and easy to make food. Beds are comfortable. Near the apartment there are restaurants. We really enjoyed to stay here. Caroline was very helpful and friendly and she sent very good information with many pictured how to find the way artment. We can highly recommend this apartment!

The house is tidy, clean. Mariangela immediately welcomed us with very clear directions and warm welcome to the house. The location is great, the house is equipped with any comfort. We had a great time! Highly recommended!

This was our favorite Airbnb yet! Rosanna and Salvatore were so kind and communicative. They met us at check in, showed us around the apartment, and gave plenty of recommendations for our stay. This Airbnb was a DREAM. The views are unreal, and we loved the ability to sit in the sun or the privacy of the shade in the garden. We spent many hours watching the sea and the amazing sunsets. It was so clean and smelled wonderful on arrival. Cannot say enough good things. We cannot wait to book it again!

Everything is as described. Main strengths location (beachfront) and well arranged spaces. A relaxing stay also thanks to the outdoor spaces of the house. Lauro and staff are always available and conciliatory. The beautiful garden can attract mosquitoes if the heat becomes persistent (in that case the availability of mosquito nets would be a plus)

Comfortable and convenient apartment for my parents as it has no stairs, is clean, tidy, and had everything. The warm welcome of Giacomo's parents made the stay start in the best way, they are fantastic people who take care of their guests in every way.

The apartment is ideal for a family of 4. There's nothing missing as the other reviews have already described. Frederica was always available and very helpful when questions came up in the first few days. We also enjoyed the large, beautiful garden and often met the two dogs, the cat and the three turtles there. The bikes are suitable for short distances within Marina. Many thanks also to Cristina, who was also always hospitable and helpful. We felt very comfortable.

Very positive experience. Well organized and clean house, close to the sea but away from the noise of the center. I'd be happy to come back if I'm in the area. The only downside: it may not be easy to find parking, despite being everywhere for a fee. We parked and didn't move the car anymore.

Our stay at Teresa’s place was exceptional. The apartment is in a great location for walking to the beach, to shops, to restaurants, and parks, etc. Parking on the premises is a great boon. Also it is an ideal base for exploring Tuscany. The apartment is large, bright and well maintained. We felt very much at home here. Teresa and her husband are delightful, helpful, friendly and responsive hosts. We recommend this Airbnb most highly and hope to return.

Would definitely recommend! The house was very clean and if you like the classic Tuscany style, You’ll feel right at home. The view from the balcony is also a gift to wake up to.

The four of us spent a wonderful vacation in La Caletta. The apartment is perfectly equipped (from all imaginable kitchen utensils, to the pizza oven in the garden - for which we were provided with extra wood to fire by Riccardo - up to the shampoo and shower room) and the view simply absurdly beautiful. The stairs were named often enough and fortunately were not an obstacle for us. Maria has equipped us with very extensive tips for the area and in the apartment itself there are again some hiking guides and information material for the region - in addition to the travel booklet written by Maria herself. Hiking, Vespa or boating - everything was equally beautiful!Communication with Maria was always prompt and very friendly. It was our most beautiful apartment so far and we will miss our daily ice cream and the breathtaking views of the bay!

A fairytale house, overlooking the sea with wonderful views from every window. Tastefully furnished on every corner, very characteristic with its 4 rooms on 4 floors. The sea view balcony with direct access makes it special even if you want to spend some time at home in peace. The location is more than excellent, very close to the central square but sheltered by the street go. Finally, Lola is a very kind and helpful owner. We didn't want to leave!!!

We enjoyed our stay, clean, comfortable, spacious, with free parking steps away. There are several restaurants close by, a lovely canal and easy walk to the beach.

We were super happy with our stay! It was conveniently located, calm, sunny and very close to the beach. It's small but has everything you need for a few days!

Fantastic location near the city and view from the apartment is outstanding. The only problem we had was getting in the apartment as the apartment door is finicky and this could be easily corrected. Would rent again and again. Magical place, magical city.

Perfect welcome extremely clean and pleasant accommodation with a view of the sunrise and very responsive and accommodating host the only negative is the access only on foot not easy when you are loaded but the alleys are very pleasant to walk to park there is an easy access and secure paid parking there are free places but not always free we had a pleasant stay Thank you very much in Alessia for this accommodation

Thank you very much Super Luigi😉!! We just had a great stay in Viareggio with my wife and our 2 children. And the apartment offered by Gianmarco is a big part of it!! The property is clean and very functional, spacious enough for 4 people! An exceptional location! A few meters from the main boardwalk that runs along the beautiful beaches of Viareggio and its bagnos by ten. Exceptional restaurants like the "Pivot bistro di mare" or "l 'Amaro" are just a few meters away! And what about the communication from Gianmarco who was very good advice and who was always able to make himself available according to our needs! We recommend "1000 times" this property to spend a very nice Tuscan holiday in Viareggio!! See you very soon Gianmarco (Super Luigi)

This is a lovely spot for exploring the towns of Cinque Terre. Ilenia was an exceptional host offering us great information and recommendations. The space is small but cozy. The stone wall gives it so much character. Super comfortable bed. Totally walkable to everything the town offers. One thing to note is that the stairway leading up to the space is very steep but I think that is to be expected in this area. One other small thing -there were not many amenities provided like other other Airbnbs but we didn't mind. If you forget anything, there is a store within a 2min walk.
