Our newly refurbished apartment consist of two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room, a dining room, a kitchen and a corridor. Whole apartment is air-conditioned and, on top of that, each of the two bedrooms have a separate heating/air-conditioning system. Bedroom 1: one double bed or two single beds - arranged according to your preference Bedroom 2: one double bed Both bathrooms have walk-in spacious showers. You can prepare a delicious meal in the fully-equipped kitchen and enjoy it in the dining room with your family or friends. In the living room, you can enjoy the time with each other or watch some TV on a 55" screen. Our guests will have access to the entire apartment. Together with my wife we set up a chat with our guests (via WhatsApp/Messanger) to be able to serve you 24/7 with suggestions, help and recommendations. Our preferred language is English but we can also communicate in Italian, French, Polish and Spanish. The apartment is located in the city center of La Spezia right by the pedestrian zone and train station. There are plenty of great restaurants, bars, cafes, and shops a stone's throw away. We are happy to find a best solution in terms of parking if you come by car. But then you can forget the car and use your feet or public transport to reach anywhere you need. Train station -> 3 mins walking distance Pedestrian zone -> 2 mins walking distance Marina with ferries -> 10 mins walking distance Bus stop -> 1 min walking distance We would also like to inform you that authorities require all the guests to pay the local tax at 2.5 euro/person/night (>16years) for max 5 consecutive nights of stay. This amount shall be paid in cash at the check in. Moreover, we need to communicate to the local Police office the guest register and we would need some information from all our guest to fullfill this legal requirement.

Completely renovated modern apartment. It accommodates up to 4 beds, on the second floor with balcony without elevator. It is located in the city center, convenient and close to all the main services such as: supermarkets, restaurants, pharmacies, buses, Central Station of La Spezia, shops, tobacconists, etc. The accommodation consists of a double bedroom, a bathroom, a living room with a double sofa bed, a kitchenette and is equipped with dishes, a refrigerator, an oven, a coffee maker and a kettle.

Grande villa indipendente con ampio giardino in quartiere residenziale, distante 10 minuti a piedi dal centro della "Piccola Atene" Pietrasanta e 15 minuti in bicicletta dal mare e da Forte dei Marmi (4 biciclette disponibili nell'alloggio). Nella casa sono presenti: salotto, cucina, sala da pranzo, quattro camere (due matrimoniali con aria condizionata, una con due letti singoli con aria condizionata e una con letto singolo), oltre a due bagni. To reach us you will have to travel 600 meters of dirt road easily accessible by all means. The property is equipped with a furnished swimming pool, panoramic terrace. At the gates of the 5 Terre, out of the confusion of the town center. From our apartment you can enjoy the immensity of the sea and breathtaking sunsets. Located near the path nr 1 (AV5T), you can reach Riomaggiore and Portovenere by trekking through the paths with a splendid view. It also has the convenience of arriving with the car under the house, the recommended way to reach us. 10 minutes by car from La Spezia and even less from Riomaggiore. Free parking on site.

Nara apartment is located in the center of Pietrasanta, the small Athens of Versilia, in one of the few streets with a predominantly residential composition, therefore quiet and private. 
 Located just 100 meters from Piazza Duomo, the apartment is very close to the city's main restaurants, shops and art galleries. The sea and the Versiliana Park are minutes away by bike (provided free of charge for the entire stay - 3 adult sizes)

La Terrazza dal Nespolo - Awesome Seaview

Recently renovated apartment (2018) with panoramic terrace overlooking the sea, located in the upper part of the village near the Medieval Castle with a dominant position over the village of Riomaggiore and the Marina. Consisting of a bedroom, a living area with kitchenette and a bathroom, as well as being equipped with all comforts, it has large windows and a terrace as its main features.

Boat & Breakfast La Spezia Cinque Terre

The boat is moored at the beautiful Mirabello marina, which is located 2 minutes from the historic center. The boat has 4 double cabins (two with king size beds and two with 150x205 beds) and 2 bathrooms. We recommend a boat trip to Cinque Terre. Breakfast is also included in the price.

Casa Marilena

Accommodation taxes are included in the price. Bath towels are changed every 3 days, bed linen is changed every week. Every 3 days, with the guest's permission, I check if anything is missing for breakfast and tidy up the apartment.
