For those who love the outdoors, Casa Nenella is a perfect base: set off on foot and experience the essence of the mountains. After the excursion, the return is a treat, the garden awaits you with its quiet, perfect for a moment of relaxation, a hot tea, a bath in a tub or a sauna. And when evening falls, the show continues outside, gazing at the stars.

Casa Rascias, nature and relaxation in an ancient Alpine village

Treat yourself to a break in the heart of an authentic Alpine village in the Varaita Valley, where tranquility, nature, and comfort come together. Recently renovated, Casa Rascias combines the authentic warmth of stone and wood with an elegant and contemporary style. From the balcony, you can admire a splendid panoramic view of the mountains and relax after a day spent on trails, in villages, and enjoying the flavors of the area, immersed in the slow and authentic rhythm of life in the valley.

An oasis of peace surrounded by greenery where you can experience the quiet of the mountains. The house was renovated in 2024. Parking is adjacent to the property and the outdoor spaces are spacious and usable. Located in a strategic position to tackle cycling routes and with direct access to the ski slopes of the Festiona Cross-Country Ski Center. Suitable for those who need to work remotely thanks to a fast internet connection. Pets are allowed and smoking is not allowed.

Accessible PMR, our cottage located in the heart of nature will allow you to take a breath of well-deserved fresh air! Located at the gates of Mercantour Park, you will have access to many hikes such as the GR52, ski resorts as well as beautiful forests nearby. The area is full of great places to discover for families or groups of friends. For your pleasure, pets are allowed at no extra charge! You'll even have access to a free dog working lot.

Via del Campo is the name we have given to our house: we welcome you to a bright and cosy space, where you can enjoy the beautiful panorama of the Alps and the tranquillity of the countryside. It has been prepared with care and passion: everything you will find is handcrafted by me, a retired carpenter. The location is excellent for exploring the Cuneo valleys and is just a few minutes from Cuneo and the neighbouring towns.

Opposite the mountain house in the heart of Mercantour, Auron

Large house located in the charming listed village of Saint Dalmas le Selvage, on the edge of Mercantour Park, for nature lovers, summer and winter. You'll love it for its warm atmosphere, comfort and breathtaking views. Perfect for families with children and large groups. Sheets and towels are not included in the price, possibility of rental at €10 per bed. The garden is located below the cellar, go down 2 stairs.

With its spacious living areas, this house comfortably sleeps up to 8 people.

Our chalet has been fully renovated and offers exceptional views of Lake Serre-Ponçon and Mont Guillaume. A true haven of peace with a magnificent wooden terrace overlooking a private garden of 250 m2, not overlooked. Small corner of paradise ideally located in a residential area but 2 steps from the amenities of Savines-le-Lac. Private lake access is a few meters from the accommodation.

Facing south, it has a large pergola terrace overlooking the Stura River and the mountains where it is pleasant to eat and rest on the sun loungers. The house is very quiet because all the rooms overlook the garden. Rooms can be booked individually or for an entire family.
