The ground floor of each house is a living room with a kitchenette and an 18-meter terrace, a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom. There are two single beds on the mezzanines. The optimal number of guests in the house is 4 people, a sofa bed in the living room can provide accommodation for 2 additional people. The Tlen base is a place of year-round recreation. Discover the privacy of our stone house in Piechowice, nestled walking distance from Karkonoski National Park, its a perfect base for numerous hiking, cycling, and slope and cross-country skiing trails. The 140m2 property, situated by the road provides a private driveway, 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a spacious living room, a fully equipped kitchen and a first floor veranda. Enjoy the ever-changing views of the mountain river Kamienna the back garden overlooks, where you can unwind by the water.

Skog is modern apartment designed in a minimalist Scandi style, using mostly natural materials in the interior. It has about 70m2 and includes 2 separate bedrooms. One is in the attic with lower ceiling. A spacious terrace belongs to the apartment. It is situated in the neighbourhood with some other built houses in similar style within walking distance to the centre. Mumlava waterfall is only 10mins forrest walk. 007 building (gym and squash centre) is being renovated from 07/2025 to 11/2025.

Cottage Trzy Jawory is a stylishly decorated wooden 6-bed cottage with Bali and Sauna, located in the Giant Mountains in the summer village of Michałowice, located at the foot of the Snow Cauldrons. The cottage consists of 2 bedrooms on the first floor, including one with a continental double bed. On the ground floor there is a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people and a fully equipped kitchenette, as well as a bathroom with a shower. The property has a sauna and a hot tub.

Relax and feel the true magic of the mountains in the climatic interior. After the trip, take a break and read on a spacious window sill full of pillows or bask next to the fireplace. Relax in the very center of Szklarska (5 minutes walk to Lidl, 7 minutes to pubs and restaurants, close to the Jakuszyce route) in a fully equipped flat (fridge, dishwasher, stove, kitchen equipment, towels, TV, internet).
