The 140m2 property, situated by the road provides a private driveway, 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a spacious living room, a fully equipped kitchen and a first floor veranda. Enjoy the ever-changing views of the mountain river Kamienna the back garden overlooks, where you can unwind by the water.

Relax in the very center of Szklarska (5 minutes walk to Lidl, 7 minutes to pubs and restaurants, close to the Jakuszyce route) in a fully equipped flat (fridge, dishwasher, stove, kitchen equipment, towels, TV, internet). Smogorniak Cottage in the Giant Mountains

Smogorniak Cottage is a stylish wooden 6-person cottage located in the Karkonosze Mountains in the summer village of Michalowice, located at the foot of the Snow Boilers. The cottage consists of 2 bedrooms on the first floor, including one with a continental double bed. On the ground floor there is a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people and a fully equipped kitchenette, as well as a bathroom with a shower. The property has a sauna and a hot tub.

We do not live here by accident or as a punishment, we live here out of love for nature and the beauty of the Giant Mountains landscape. This is a unique place where the diversity of colors reflected in the green meadows, the autumnal beech leaves and the red rowan berries enchants in a way that will not let you go.

Staniszów 40 is an ideal starting point for hikes and tours in the beautiful surrounding area. The cottage is suitable for small groups, families or friends. Cooking together or relaxing by the fireplace is fun here. We hope that our guests will only spend peaceful and happy hours in our Dzik cottage. The house is situated on a hill, close to a road with light traffic.

Thanks to its location at an altitude of 570 meters above sea level and the layout of the rooms, our house is attractive all year round. We offer a comfortable 1930s-style interior. A hot sauna awaits you in the basement.
