Monthly Rentals in Piburger See

I visited the apartment at the end of May, and the stay was for only two people, and the space is very suitable for this number. The apartment is very nice and comfortable. My apartment was Michel Top 4. Very clean, and the kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need. It has two glass openings in the ceiling that open with electricity, and the views are very beautiful. Private parking is available. Note: There is no air conditioning or fan, but the atmosphere was nice and we did not need it during our stay. The only drawback is that if you arrive at the apartment at night, it is very difficult to arrive because the streets are dark and scary, and you feel that the area is uninhabited. But in the daytime, the situation is completely different - the place is wonderful, quiet and beautiful. The host was very cooperative and responded quickly. I do not recommend living without a car, because the area of Oetz is small and limited, but it is less than an hour away from Innsbruck. ⸻ Stayed at Michel Top 4 in late May. Perfect for two people — clean, cozy, great views, and well-equipped. No AC or fan, but the weather was nice. Hard to find at night (dark roads), but beautiful during the day. Helpful host. A car is a must in Oetz.

The accommodation was very clean and spatially great for two people. The hosts took very good care of us and always asked if everything was okay. Upon our arrival, we immediately received tips for our holiday and so we were able to discover great hiking trails that we would not have found right away. All-round top and recommended 🥰

Very good stay at the Piburg Studio. Jitka has always been very responsive and strong in terms of communication. The studio is part of a batch of 3 studios side by side and we had the one in the middle. The studio was impeccable for 4 people (family), very well organized and well-equipped, even if a dishwasher would be a plus. We also enjoyed being able to dry the ski equipment in the heated collective space, and the parking space. Oetz is very close (by car). The lake is very pretty and it was very nice to walk around and skate there, as advised by Jitka. However, we were able to note that the soundproofing between the studios is quite light, especially by being in the middle. It was a very nice stay, perfectly as advertised. Thank you Jitka!

The apartment is located in a quiet side street in Ötztal-Bahnhof. The amenities are as described, ideal for 2 people for a stay of one week. The small personal garden area for relaxing is very nice. During our stay, the public bus to the Ötztal and, from the Whitsun weekend, the mountain railways were included. We appreciated this very much, so we could move around the whole week without a car. Shops and restaurants are also within walking distance. Monika was very easy to reach, thank you for the lovely stay.
