It is a beautiful 19th-century house, renovated, immersed in the quiet of Frasassi Park. In the garden, it has a 12m x 6m swimming pool, 1.20m to 2.50m deep, and a jacuzzi, reserved for the villa's guests. With its 10 beds, it is suitable for groups of friends, large families or 2 families. The kitchen is very well equipped, and in the veranda there is a fireplace/barbecue and a wood-burning oven. It is 10 minutes from Frasassi Caves, 6 km from Arcevia (An), 8 km from Sassoferrato (An).

The building has housed 3 Mayors of the Municipality of Barbara, Mei Gervasio (1877 – 1905) Mei Camillo (1906 - 1914) and Capotondi Mario (1995 – 2004). In the apartment there is a terrace from which to admire the roofs of the village and the splendid Apennine chain up to Monte Catria.
