Monthly Rentals in Pian di Rocca

We were looking for accommodation near Pineta Roccamare at short notice and then became aware of Leonardo's holiday apartment. He was very courteous and always very easy to reach. Everything was clean. There was very well-functioning air conditioning and a great terrace. Leonardo even mounted the matching child seats on the bikes. All in all, it was really great.

We needed a last minute place to stay and Matteo and his mother were gracious enough to stay up and meet us for check-in, so we are very grateful! What a lovely property and family. We had a great night's sleep and were able to use the bikes to ride to the beach in the morning, which we really enjoyed. The area was quiet and peaceful and the views just lovely. Thank you for being flexible with our checkout time.

The place is a good base to visit local hill top villages and to access the beach. The hosts were very responsive and we enjoyed our stay.

Antonella was always kind and helpful. Just like info for the next guests: iliad takes little, there is no wifi and there is also little TV signal. For the rest, we had a good time, the apartment is nice, maybe they should be renovated and the furniture is a matter of personal taste. But it's quiet, clean and the village is very nice.
