Of course! Here is the revised version with the addition to the environment and the wish to come back: ⸻ The accommodation is in a quiet, idyllic area and is perfect for switching off and relaxing. The house was clean and the kitchen equipped with everything you need in everyday life. Communication with Ilaria was always friendly and uncomplicated – everything worked out great. The highlight is the large, very well-kept garden with many different plants – a really beautiful, green paradise. The pool makes the whole thing even better. We really enjoyed our time there and would be happy to come back!

We loved our stay at Michaela’s house. The views were beautiful and it was a nice and relaxing atmosphere. Great location, very short walk to the town or easy bus ride into the center of Florence. We will definitely be back!

We stayed 5 amazing days at Il Gufo and loved every minute. Jacopo is an amazing host and went out of his way throughout to make our stay great. Even meeting us locally and showing us the way to the house. We highly recommend staying at The Owl. The location, high in a valley provides spectacular views and is perfect to relax and unwind. We do not know what was better. The location, accommodations or the fact that we met Jacopo and became immediate friends. That combination made for the greatest memories. Also Luba, their beautiful dog, immediately loved us and greeted us ever time we returned. A little secret, he is an amazing chef and if you get a chance to go to his restaurant do it. Also his dinner recommendations were great. We had dinner at Corte Dei Frati 2 times. Thank you Jacopo for making our 30th Anniversary trip so amazing. We feel privileged to have met you and we will return on our next trip to Italy. You are an amazing person and host. Love Steve & Vicki

I don’t have the words to describe how beautiful this apartment on the hillside is. The apartment itself is nice and cosy and spacious, and the kitchen contains a little bottle of olive oil produced from their own olives. But it is the location, the gardens and the little farm and the view across the valley which can take your breath away. Sonia is happy and welcoming and patient. She showed us around the wine and olive farm and was always approachable when we contacted her. There are two guest apartments side by side, but it is quite private nonetheless. Note that you can hear sounds from the other apartment quite easily. I cannot recommend this enough! Would love to come back.

Norma was an absolute treasure, and her home and family were lovely. The property sits overlooking a lovely castle and a beautiful church with great views on the other side. The property has a great pool with plenty of privacy or interaction with the family, I only wish I spoke more Italian to be able to sit and chat with her lovely in-laws! Norma offered great recommendations for day trips, and overall the local area was great to explore. My only advice would be the usual: rent a smaller car to make life easier! Sitting on the patio overlooking the castle, with a glass of wine, is a memory we will never forget, and is highly recommended. Whether during the day or after the sun has gone down and the fireflies comes out (weather permitting) it's a Tuscan treat you won't want to miss. We truly felt like a part of the family and would love to return to her home the next time we come back. Truly a wonderful experience!

Don’t hesitate to book this beautiful Airbnb which was thoughtfully restored to reflect the history of the area. You won’t want to leave. We explored Certaldo Alto and Montefioralle- both amazing sites. The pool area was perfection and we couldn’t get enough of the landscape! Couldn’t stayed a week!!!

We enjoyed Maria's great house. We were kindly received by Maria and her family, where we were welcomed with a bottle of wine and delicious cake. We were with 6 adults. There's plenty of room. It's great that each bedroom has its own bathroom. It is a beautiful house in a beautiful setting with a lovely swimming pool between the olive trees and it is really equipped with every comfort. The charger for the electric car is also very nice. We picked up fresh bread every morning from the local baker in the village 5 minutes away by car. Good base for the beautiful cities such as Lucca, Siena, Florence. The beach is also great. We felt very much at home. Maria and family, thank you for the wonderful time in your beautiful home.

Had a fantastic stay. Beautiful countryside and views. Property was very clean, had everything we needed, and felt very comfortable. The terrace was great to relax. Nice features like a Firestick, hairdryer, moka pot, were most welcome. Would stay again.

Due to a very complicated move I stayed alone at the property, unfortunately going back and forth to and from Bologna Working with animals and the garden, beautiful and fully fenced, it really made a difference The house is enchanting as well as the view that frames it, priceless to wake up to the view of our Apennines. So much silence to feel - especially at night - almost intimidated :-) Beautiful disconnect during which, at times, I was also able to regenerate I had some small difficulties with the TV in the room compared to the channel synchronization, while everything was fine with the one in the room Cleanliness and services offered completely in line with expectations Overall, I would absolutely recommend a stay at this charming structure if you really want to unplug and carve out a space and a moment of just relaxation and rest! we only stayed one night because we were passing through, but the guys treated us very well and the landscape is beautiful. if we ever travel to that area again, we will definitely return. thank you very much (also from the furry one)

Accommodation surrounded by nature, spacious...with everything you need for a holiday of a few days. Beautiful surroundings and great for a hike in the woods around you... narrow and steep access road but accessible by car... necessary to get around... immersed in a small, very quiet village... Very easy to find and close to funicular that ran every 30 minutes on schedule. At least 5 restaurants for lunch and dinner. Small store for basics. Terrace facing northeast was wonderful in the morning. Umbrellas for shade if needed. Washer with folding clothesline to dry inside or out. We only used the main bedroom and bath - both on second floor. Very nice. The second bedroom was on the second floor and second bath was in the basement - did not use those spaces or the sitting room in walkout basement. Kitchen stocked with basics for electric coffee maker (a bit noisy) and hand brother. Gas stove for heating milk. Toaster oven. Large grid freezer with many ice trays. Enjoyed the cat that showed up A few times. Easy 20 min walk from main train station (not Centro) to funicular. Main station also had many bus connections like to Grotta Giusti but only to swim in outdoor pool. You can’t swim in the cave - too bad. Would love to come back.

Cozy house, well furnished, with spa and gym, equipped with every comfort, everything manages to make even the days of bad weather spectacular! Andrea is always ready and available for any need, he made us spend a memorable weekend. Highly recommended!!

Nice house in the hills above Pistoia. It's a few degrees cooler than in the city, and you have a beautiful view. We enjoyed the chickens scratching around and the sweet cat. Also, in the evening, a lot of fireflies could be seen. Annalisa is very friendly and caring.

Francesca's cottage in Prato is truly a gem! So lovingly furnished, everything immaculate and meticulously clean. Everything was available and everything worked perfectly. The only downside was the lack of air conditioning, as it was very hot this week. Francesca and her husband deserve a special mention: We have never met such welcoming and attentive hosts. Always immediately available and always a tip and a recommendation at hand. Even the reception was very loving and beautiful. When you arrive by motorcycle at 34° and cold water and a snack are ready, what could be better!!! It was a wonderful week to be a guest here....thank you very much and of course an absolute recommendation.

Our stay at the Antico Podere Sant'Anna was very pleasant. We were looking for a quiet place where we could stay with our little girl but that would allow us to reach the centre of Pistoia in a short time, and that's what we found. Sara was super helpful and met our needs. For those who love tranquility, being surrounded by greenery but still enjoying the proximity of the center, it is the perfect place!

Thank you for the beautiful and very clean accommodation, beautiful location for traveling, The Apennines mountains are very nice. We were very satisfied and highly recommend it.

We spent 6 days in a cosy place, tastefully decorated. Allessandra and Égizia were very welcoming and very concerned about our well-being. If we return to this region, we will not fail to get back in touch. Good compromise for visiting Florence. Beautiful region of Pistoia.

We absolutely loved the house and all of the features. We spent a lot of time outside in the little patio area and our kids played basketball in the driveway. The automated windows, skylights, and shutters were very nice. The AC worked very well and kept us cool during the middle of the day when it was hot outside. The location is less convenient if you don’t have a car but we were able to walk to town in 20 minutes. The area was quiet and beautiful which is what we wanted so we didn’t mind the inconvenience. Very lovely hosts who live on the property and provided lots of information and were very responsive.
