We had a great stay at Anh's place. Good communication throughout and very helpful host who made sure we had everything we needed during a four-week stay. We were doing an intensive teacher training course at a local language centre, so we really appreciated having a nice space with a table, desk, and decent chairs to work on assignments and lesson preparation in the evenings. Good location down a small side street so quieter than many places in Saigon. There's a Co-op mart and a small supermarket about one minutes' walk away and some good restaurants nearby. Turn left at the main road for excellent bánh mì, or right for one of the best phỏ restaurants in the area. The small kitchen had enough essentials for the few meals that we cooked and we appreciated the modern washing machine and fridge freezer. Highly recommended!

It was a good experience for me to stay in that place, Sound and silence and safe. Great street foods and local restaurants quite nearby. Walking distance to the metro station and easy excess to D1 if required... Cleaning lady was quite nice and decent woman. Cleaning and laundry was well organized. Wifi was generally good but some prime times like evening, could be speed issues which was understandable. Fast response to the messages or queries which was also very important for me. Overall I like the place stayed there one month and no regret about my booking..

A great stay in a local neighborhood. Has everything you need for a short or long term stay. Good Internet, comfortable bed. Had no problems with noise in the five weeks I stayed which is very impressive. Duy is very helpful and always there to assist if you need something.
