The apartment is close to everything, two convenient stores right down the lobby, many choices of restaurants and cafes nearby. The host is responsive and helpful.

Everything was fine. It was not very clean, although I asked for a good cleaning since I was with small children. And there was a smell of cigarettes.

- high end v. good fixtures (bathroom and kitchen, WD) - not a lot of kitchen utensils (e.g. we were glad we had our own spatula), but when we asked for specific items they were delivered to us right away - great communication with host; immediate resolution of issues/requests - great AC - bed a bit sagging - lots of space for two, separate bedroom area and two bathrooms - fast Internet - good sized TV - high end neighborhood, complex of 50 storey towers - very nice central park nearby - close shopping including a larger grocery store in a shopping mall, plus multiple convenience and specialty stores -We had hoped for a higher floor than 10th in. 49-storey building with a listing description of "high floor" - The housekeeping service replaced the sheets and towels, but the cleaning was cursory and hit or miss.

It was a great stay (5weeks) it had a new clean gym, safe building, and lots of cafe/ local restaurants downstairs. The unit itself was very comfortable ac worked great! Bed and linens comfortable and clean. The only minus was the bathroom wasn’t as clean but only because of actual wear and tear… not because of not being cleaned properly. Overall the host was very communicative and made me feel very comfortable. I would definitely recommend and stay again!! Thank you :)

A clean interior and a great night view from a comfortable bed will make your trip more exciting The accommodation has many commercial facilities that are safe and walkable. This is the place I'd like to come back to next time

Good location, many things to do like golf, go-kart, restaurants....good relax

The home is in a very local area where you can feel the life of a local.The host and her sister are very welcoming and beautiful, they also have a lovely dog, thank you to the host for me to eat fruit, and even made delicious chicken rice flour and coffee for me in the morning.

location is great. room is good. wasn't clear on how to check out since Hao stopped responding on checkout day. some things to consider... shower drain clogs very quickly, so your showers need to be very short. bed is old, so middle is sunken in. if you're on one side or the other, you'll roll into the center. otherwise, a good place to stay

This was a very convenient place for me to stay. Lots to do and close to the amenities I need. Getting around the city is super easy with Grab, they pull right up to the door. Security guards and front desk workers were always friendly and made me feel safe. Our hosts were great communicators- my inbound flight was delayed by half a day, and they stayed in touch with me the whole time, updating me. I will definitely stay in one of their Airbnbs again in the future!!

Spotless, very beautiful, and homely home. Ly and her family are very kind and a wonderful to talk to. Ly was a star bringing us bananas and some fresh lemongrass water daily and giving us a great itinerary to follow whilst we were there to explore her amazing city. Would definitely recommend this place if you’re looking for a nice relaxing stay out the way of the bustle of the city but only a short 15 minute commute to the centre by taxi, in a nice and peaceful neighbourhood. Everything described about the place is accurate. Cleaned and a very communicative host. The neighborhood is calm with locals who are very nice. The location is a 15min walk from the center. I recommend this place!

A lovely apartment in a tranquil apartment block. You feel very far away from the chaos of the city but are only a short grab away. A lovely Japanese restaurant and many others on site. The apartment was clean and spacious with a lovely view from balcony.

Only thing I have to say is the airbnb looked different from the photos listed but I’m not complaining since it was even better in person. Host should really update photos! My friends and I enjoyed our stay. It was clean, quiet and had many stores around.

This was our second time staying with this host and we couldn’t be happier. The check-in process was seamless & the host was extremely responsive. The place was spotless, the building security staff were very friendly—something you don’t experience at other locations. It’s also very close to all the amenities we needed. What truly stood out during this visit was the level of safety. My wife accidentally left her expensive bag which contained passports, a large amount of cash & real gold jewelry. The value was close to $20000 AUD. We immediately contacted the host & and within minutes the bag was returned to us with everything intact. We are incredibly grateful for this experience. A massive thank you from both of us🙏 We look forward to our next stay with you.

Very nice place with everything one needs even for longer stays. The communication with the host was great. The Landmark complex has everything you might need, all the stores and entertainment. It’s possible to go to shopping center directly from Landmark 2 so you don’t get wet if it rains. Also there is a rather large park nearby ideal for walks. Recommend.

I really like and feel comfortable staying at Tom's apartment. Very strategic location, easy to access and privacy. Lots of restaurants and easy to go anywhere. The facilities are complete and I feel like I'm at home. Someday I come to Ho Chi Min City, I want to stay again at Tom's apartment. It was really good accommodation but drinking water was not provided and rest all was ok

The location was great, host was responsive and the property is well maintained. The only suggestion would be to provide better toiletries. This was overall a good stay.
