Smoking-friendly holiday rentals in Phường 22

Definitely a gem of a place to stay at the tallest building in Vietnam. Truly this apt is in Landmark 81 and not some other Landmark building. The views are amazing. A couple of small notes, the key card doesn't open main building doors but works for elevator. 24/7 Security at building entrance so it's not an issue getting in at night. We discovered the primary bedroom's bathroom window has the inner pane had been shattered and is missing. Not a huge issue since the outer pane seems in tact. We didn't really spend a lot time near that window and the view is still fine but could be a potential safety issue.

Fantastic host ! So responsive , accommodated a half day stay because we arrived early at a fair cost ! Very much appreciated, we arrived at 6 am and didn’t want to wait til check in! During the stay they were very responsive. Can’t say enough good things about the location and the amenities. Wow ! Everything you could ask for and MORE. You will NOT get these amenities at a hotel & I frequent at high end hotels - some of which make you pay for their saunas and pools. This place had it ALL! Location wise it was close to the epicentre of all the action but just outside and peaceful / close to wonderful street vendors and restaurants which we ate at daily and preferred over many of the restaurants. Don’t think twice about booking this stay . It’s great! One thing to be aware of is the mattress is very firm ( I like this but not all do so be aware ). 10/10 stay and hosts !

I really like a room, you can see from the room that the owner is really very attentive to this, the small gadgets and small items from all over the room are very thoughtful, it is a very cozy room.

this is my first airbnb where check-in was extremely seamless and uncomplicated and i genuinely appreciate that. even though there were no lifts and the way up to the apartment is dark and narrow, we still felt safe and at least the other inhabitants were private and mindful! it would be nice to have simple clothing rack where we can air clothes and towels. otherwise, the amenities were substantial, bed is clean and i really liked the electric air freshener in the toilet. slayed!!

The space is beautifully decorated with such warm and cozy classic touches—it’s like a little haven of peace. The bed was comfy and the room had blackout curtains. Every little detail made the space feel extra special and welcoming. The location was perfect—peaceful and quiet, but still close to the malls and local street foods. The host was incredibly kind and thoughtful, making sure everything was just right. If you’re looking for a charming and relaxing escape, this is the place! Can’t wait to come back!

The accommodation was as good as a hotel. The view was so nice in the living room and all the rooms. It's clean and in a good location. It's cheaper than other places at this price.

I had a wonderful stay at this unique and stylish room. The host was incredibly warm and welcoming, making check-in and communication a breeze. The space is impressively smart and well-equipped with modern technology, which added a lot of convenience. While the room is a bit small and doesn’t get much natural light, it’s cozy and thoughtfully designed. Overall, a great experience and I’d definitely recommend it!

Big enough room to sleep 10 easily. Full of nostalgia items decorated all over the place yet well maintained and clean. Anh and Le were responsive and provide help whenever asked of. A quiet area yet within 10 mins walk to the Ben Thanh market. Nice coffee place around the area and convenience stall within 5 mins walk as well. Can also walk to Saigon centre within 15 mins. Recommended!

LinDa apartment was awesome. Super clean, well furnished and interior design. You can well that this apartment was set up as home. Highly recommended. On top of that, the location (District 4) is great, since I just needed to cross the Bridge "Cau Mong" to get to District 1 and this just took me like 10 mins by walking. LinDa is super friendly and helpful as well. I will definitely come back.

It was such a good stay for my little family. Felt like home for us, especially travelling with an infant.

This was our second time staying with this host and we couldn’t be happier. The check-in process was seamless & the host was extremely responsive. The place was spotless, the building security staff were very friendly—something you don’t experience at other locations. It’s also very close to all the amenities we needed. What truly stood out during this visit was the level of safety. My wife accidentally left her expensive bag which contained passports, a large amount of cash & real gold jewelry. The value was close to $20000 AUD. We immediately contacted the host & and within minutes the bag was returned to us with everything intact. We are incredibly grateful for this experience. A massive thank you from both of us🙏 We look forward to our next stay with you.

Very nice place with everything one needs even for longer stays. The communication with the host was great. The Landmark complex has everything you might need, all the stores and entertainment. It’s possible to go to shopping center directly from Landmark 2 so you don’t get wet if it rains. Also there is a rather large park nearby ideal for walks. Recommend.
