Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Phường 22

We immediately felt at home here and were very satisfied. Communication was always quick and smooth. After check-out, we were also allowed to leave our luggage. The possibility of washing your clothes was also super practical! We would recommend the property to anyone! The location is ideal for a few days in the city and is at the same time pleasantly quiet in the side street. Thanks for everything!!!

Very satisfied with the stay, the room is the same as the description, the whole stay communication is very smooth. Linh is very friendly and kind.The location of the room is excellent.The only thing that was not good was that I saw a small reptile in the room during my stay, and the room was too close to the street, and there was a car engine sound.But overall I'm satisfied, I'll come back.

The host was friendly. the location was fabulous, easy to walk to places, central, felt safe, view from balcony was amazing, grateful for lots of powerful aircon. The place had cobwebs and was missing any bedding for the sofa which smelt musty BUT, the location was superb, a great price and the host was friendly so would definitely recommend with managed expectations. Initially was staying in a hotel that was not good whatsoever, Kiet was able to expedite a space for us for the night until another accommodation was available. They moved all of our things to another room and even moved things we had forgotten and left behind. Amazing experience, quick to respond and act as well. Highly recommend!

One of the best places to stay in Ho Chi Minh! Great price, I would recommend to everyone. The place felt very luxurious and out of a movie, and the bed was superior. It was better than any bed I’ve ever slept in. The gym and pool on the rooftop were perfect, with a beautiful view. Would definitely recommend the cafe on the corner -Madison cafe. Sadly I only stayed for 1 night. Host responded within 5min every time!

Koi was a wonderful and considerate host, especially accommodating our late checkout due to a delayed flight. The place itself was cozy, clean, and very comfortable. I would definitely book it again when we return to Vietnam.

Great accommodation experience

Location is great easy to get a grab or get picked up for tours. Check in was very easy and they even allowed us to drop off our luggage before check in so we can explore the city worry free. The place was very clean and is in a safe location. The locals are very friendly. Next time in Ho Chi Minh City I would come back and stay here.

Very clean and new, as shown in the photo, it is quite spacious, the bathroom is more clean, and it is located in the alley of the bustling area, it is not noisy, the traffic is convenient, it is definitely the first choice for accommodation in Ho Chi Minh City.

The apartment was very clean with a lot of supplies. Easy and seamless check in and fantastic communication with the host. The staff on site was also very kind and helpful. The apartment is in a newly developed area with spas cafes and restaurants just downstairs. Amazing views of the bridge and river and very close to district one.

My wife and I had a pleasant stay. Spacious, clean, and easily accessible. The Viacom mall was only 100 yards away. We were able to locate many Korean restaurants nearby as well. The host was exceptionally patient and kind, providing all the necessary information for our comfortable stay. I would come back and stay again.

I had a great stay at this apartment! The view of the city was nice. The kitchen and living room were spacious and nicely laid out—perfect for relaxing or entertaining. The TV was a good size for movie nights, and the bed was super comfortable. Overall, a clean, cozy, and well-equipped place. I’d definitely stay here again!

The apartment corresponds to the description and photos with a beautiful view of the city, there is a large swimming pool, a gym and much more on the territory, the house is located near the city center. There is everything you need nearby, a grocery store, a pharmacy, a massage. The owner of the apartment is very responsive and always in touch, we are very glad that we chose this particular apartment ❤️

The quick response was also good... I asked for a quick check-in and plenty of towels, and they responded to all of my requests satisfactorily. ^^ I'm planning to visit again next time, and I'm planning to stay again. ^^

A great little apartment with everything you need, away from the hustle and bustle of centre of town but close enough to be in the centre in no time at all. Decent sized beds and fully furnished exactly what we needed!

This was our second time staying with this host and we couldn’t be happier. The check-in process was seamless & the host was extremely responsive. The place was spotless, the building security staff were very friendly—something you don’t experience at other locations. It’s also very close to all the amenities we needed. What truly stood out during this visit was the level of safety. My wife accidentally left her expensive bag which contained passports, a large amount of cash & real gold jewelry. The value was close to $20000 AUD. We immediately contacted the host & and within minutes the bag was returned to us with everything intact. We are incredibly grateful for this experience. A massive thank you from both of us🙏 We look forward to our next stay with you.

I would say everything is perfect!! If you really want me to be picky, just some little tiny things, the shampoo and bodywash can use some normal brand like VS or TRESemmé
