Monthly Rentals in Phường 17

We moved from 04 to 02 because we had 2 toddlers. there is private outside balcony with little garden and bath (our kids enjoyed it). Room is spacious (living room and bedroom) we utilized kitchen everyday to cook to children. if you don't want cook you can just use grab and they deliver any food to the entrance door. we spent in total 20 days here. I guess that says a lot...

Overall, it was good, but there were ants.

Michel is an exceptional host with his responsiveness, help, hospitality and laundry services on the 5th floor. Free The hotel is equipped with a lift which is really great when you have large luggage. The place is quiet and close to all amenities and the hyper centre is very quick to access with a very economical taxi in Ho Chi Minh. I highly recommend Michel's hotel.

I felt it was useful in the price range and very comfortable. Hope the moldy smell will be handled and cleaned more thoroughly
