Thank you Minh for being so enthusiastic with us even though she is pregnant and will be born in the next few weeks. She alway responds whenever I need it at night or day. The apartment was very clean when we arrived, the blanket and towels were provided when we asked for it even though it was not time to clean up. I appreciate her enthusiasm and kindness. Resort is located between Hoi An ancient town and Da Nang city so I easily go to Hoi An ancient town and Da Nang city without losing much time and cost. Private swimming pool is very clean and cool. The private beach here is not crowded so it is very comfortable. Enthusiastic and friendly service staff. The breakfast is very rich and plentiful, the cook is very delicious. We are served at the apartment and do not need to go anywhere. Very good shuttle service and very reasonable price Thank you for giving me a great vacation. The next vacation we will definitely come back to you guys.

The place was exactly as described. Very clean and spacious (for a family of four). The butler team was always available and attentive to our needs and questions. They cleaned the apartment every day and changed the linen and towels and provided bottled water. The location is right between Da Nang and Hoi An, in an 5 star resort and a great value. It is quiet and has its own private beach, pools and restaurants. Overall, we had a great time and highly recommend these super hosts!

The hotel is beautiful, and the staff are friendly and accommodating. The room was clean, and the bed was super comfy. My only wish is that the bathroom had an extra light—it’s a bit dim at night. The location is perfect, right across from the beach. Overall, a great stay!

This apartment which is in a service hotel was great, clean comfortable. Hotel had very kind and fine service with extremely polite and helpful staff. Louis and his family were very helpful in every way. They helped us to rent a car at very good price, They also have a wonderful restaurant with delicious local food as well.

A double-room apartment in a hotel. Reasonable price, great location. Just a few steps to the beach. Staffs were friendly and helpful. The beds were really wide and so comfortable that we missed out our breakfast the next morning lol. All in all, it's an absolutely wonderful place for staying in Da Nang if you want somewhere near the beach and your budget is a bit tight. You will relax yourself and feel like home here.

It is a comfortable accommodation for long-term guests without any inconvenience.

Good location, lots of breakfast/brunch places around. The apartment was clean and nice, looked just like the photos. The 24-hour gym was perfect, it had everything you need and was empty every time we went. It’s on a quiet street so not noisy at night, the bed is comfy but it does get a bit hot inside as the sun sets (there is AC and two fans in the apartment though). Would recommend overall.

Great stay - Clara was very responsive to any issue and the receptionist was extremely helpful when I was sick - getting us medicine from the pharmacy etc. The apartment was great and it was nice to be in a quieter neighbourhood outside the centre. Only issue was a couple of power cuts which were nobody’s fault and the WiFi whilst mostly okay, did have a couple of issues for us (working remotely). But overall would recommend and love to stay again

Jeongeun was amazing! We stayed for a whole month without any problems. Beautiful and stylish apartment, compact but it has everything you need for both short and longer stays. Living room is always full of sunlight with a comfy sofa and nice TV. Kitchen is well equipped for everyday cooking if you don't want to step out, but there are plenty of options downstairs for takeaway/eating out. Bathroom is small but clean and the toilet is nice, shower water pressure is strong. Bedroom is spacious and bed is comfy. The place is within walkable distance to the beach, eating streets and many convenient stores. Jeongeun is an incredible host, she is always responsive and helpful. She provides free weekly cleaning as we stayed for a month. The only down side is that the building elevators are often packed and slow. We would recommend walking a few steps across to Building B to take the elevators which are much faster and less crowded. Overall, amazing place, highly recommend!

I would stay there again. You get what you see in the pictures. Easy check in and check out. 24/7 Supermarket where you can buy drinks, foods, snacks etc just a 2 minute walk away.

Great place close to the beach. Hot shower. Good internet. Cheap places to eat at nearby, good food. Small grocery stores on the corners.

The flat is located a bit farther from the main expat area, which is great if you're looking to explore more of the local surroundings. It's about a one-hour walk to the beach, or just a 10-minute ride with Grab. The apartment has two bathrooms, which is ideal if there are three of you and everyone needs to shower around the same time. While there's a Highland Coffee nearby, it's not really worth a visit due to the higher prices. However, just around the corner from the flat, you'll find a fantastic massage spot and a few charming local coffee and tea shops. Overall, it was a pleasant and comfortable stay in the flat. We stayed there 32 days.

This was the second time that I stayed at Temo Apartment. The location is great- walkable to the beach (about 10 minutes), a short distance from the main road (so that it’s not too loud), and it’s another 8 minutes walk to a gym nearby. Duc was also very responsive during my stay- the shower faucet had a different design than most, and he came down on a Sunday to teach me how to use it. On my second stay, the door knob was spoilt and he came down to the apartment at around 1am to help me gain access to the flat. The cleaning was very frequent as well, about once every 3 days. Overall, I believe this is a great place to stay, especially if you’re staying here for a bit longer (eg at least a few weeks). One small downside is that the wifi isn’t as fast as I’ll like it to be- streaming live sports events was very laggy and I used my phone as a mobile hotspot instead. Otherwise, I’ll strongly recommend this flat.

Excellent value. We stayed here for approx 2 months over the course of our visit to Da Nang. Staff try their best to help if you have a problem & are so friendly. Pool is often super quiet (and it’s clean!) with a member of staff nearby in case there’s any issues. Highly recommend though it would be great if they updated the gym equipment as it’s very old and some doesn’t work at all. Thank you for a great stay!

Highly recommended!!! A nice place to stay in Da Nang. There are many restaurants and cafes closed by. The host is extremely nice and friendly. They provide water bottles and new bath towels daily. The place is peaceful that I love the most.

If accommodation is available in this apartment, then this is a great luck for you. Very nice hotel with nice host. The photos correspond to reality and even better. I want to warn about mold, we have it grown in one of the bags, this is normal for Da Nang. This is not the host's fault, it's just that tourists constantly need to ventilate the apartment. The street is quiet, but very often drivers pass with bamb bao buns, which are very disturbing. There are mostly Korean establishments nearby, you will need to walk behind European cafes. The price-quality is great at this stay and very clean

Andy and his wife are very kind person i've met in Vietnam, they'll do anything to make your stay more confortable if you have any issue. Their appartement is really nice and good for either short or longer stay
