Serviced apartment holiday rentals in Da Nang

This place really deserves a 10-star review, but that option doesn't exist. It's one of the best places I've ever stayed. It's super clean, and the area is very quiet.

Great stay - Super comfy bed and great shower! Air con was always perfect temp and the staff at the hotel were really helpful and attentive, beach just over the road and amazing infinity pool with a beautiful sunrise if you can get up early enough! Overall a great stay, thank you :)

This apartment which is in a service hotel was great, clean comfortable. Hotel had very kind and fine service with extremely polite and helpful staff. Louis and his family were very helpful in every way. They helped us to rent a car at very good price, They also have a wonderful restaurant with delicious local food as well.

Great Rooms I don't think there is a place like this for my family. The pool was also close, and there was a yard, so it was so nice for the kids to run around. The butler also responded quickly, so it was a really fun and comfortable 8 days. However, it rained for a few days, and the smell of sewage came up a little for a few days in the bathroom, but it wasn't that much of a nerve, and the other cleanliness was the endgame. I'd like to stop by again. Tip! (For Koreans) There are no shops nearby, so it may be uncomfortable, but if you open the Lotte Mart app and order it, 150,000 won (right?) If you order more than that, the shipping fee is free, and it will be delivered quickly, so it will be a little less inconvenient ~ ^^

A double-room apartment in a hotel. Reasonable price, great location. Just a few steps to the beach. Staffs were friendly and helpful. The beds were really wide and so comfortable that we missed out our breakfast the next morning lol. All in all, it's an absolutely wonderful place for staying in Da Nang if you want somewhere near the beach and your budget is a bit tight. You will relax yourself and feel like home here.

We loved our stay! Beautiful apartment, very comfortable beds. Amazing pool and beautiful beach. Very relaxing! Half way between Hoi An and Da Nang. Cheap to Grab to either. We appreciated the daily water and coffee. Highly recommend and hope to come back here 😊

The apartment is not very new, but you get exactly what you see on pictures. Nice and comfortable studio. Pool is nice, neighborhood is very local and quiet. Host is very helpful and we had no issues staying for 1 week.

June was a nice and quick host who handled things and we had a great experience staying here on this side.

My time here was extraordinary! The host and building manager were so helpful and nice. Always there to help and checking in on us frequently. Five minute walking distance from the beach and close to a lot of good restaurants in the area. I would come back here in a heartbeat.

I had 0.5 nights, but next time, I'm going to stay at least one night.

We stayed at the accommodation for approximately 11 days. Thương was an amazing host - proactive, offered to clean our room regularly and always responsive and friendly. The room is beautiful, comfortable and had a great view overlooking the famous (biggest) bridge in Da Nang. We'll definitely be back in the future if visiting this city - thank you Thương and the Team for an amazing experience at your Airbnb.

First of all, the house is very beautiful and stylish, it's well-equipped with modern faculties. I love the host too, she's very friendly and responsiveness, also her aunt who supported me a lot during the time I stayed here. Will turn back to this house next time!!

Really lovely people, nice place & clean room

I really like the Japanese design of the room. Everything is clean. Moreover, the landlady is super friendly and nice. I’ll choose this place if I come back to Đà Nẵng.

I had a wonderful stay. The location is great, within a few minutes walking distance to a grocery store, many restaurants, a gym, and the beach. The owner was very responsive and accommodating to my needs. The housekeeper does a fantastic job cleaning the apartment twice a week. This is a great place for both short term and long term stays.

This was the second time that I stayed at Temo Apartment. The location is great- walkable to the beach (about 10 minutes), a short distance from the main road (so that it’s not too loud), and it’s another 8 minutes walk to a gym nearby. Duc was also very responsive during my stay- the shower faucet had a different design than most, and he came down on a Sunday to teach me how to use it. On my second stay, the door knob was spoilt and he came down to the apartment at around 1am to help me gain access to the flat. The cleaning was very frequent as well, about once every 3 days. Overall, I believe this is a great place to stay, especially if you’re staying here for a bit longer (eg at least a few weeks). One small downside is that the wifi isn’t as fast as I’ll like it to be- streaming live sports events was very laggy and I used my phone as a mobile hotspot instead. Otherwise, I’ll strongly recommend this flat.

Great accommodation in a useful location for getting around the city. The hosts were really helpful and responsive and allowed us to store our bags before check in! Would definetly recommend if you’re staying in the city.

I feel so grateful that I chose Dung’s airbnb for my stay in Da Nang. During the 3 months I spent there, it felt like being at a home away from home. The comforts of the apartment listing, the hospitality of Dung’s team, the impeccable cleaning by the housekeeping lady, were all five stars. For more than once, Dung and her husband went out of their way to fulfill my requests and I’d always be grateful to them for those gestures. As a small business owner myself, I admired the integrity and devotion with which both of them run their Airbnb and restaurant business. Their teamwork is truly inspiring. I now have a place I can choose everytime I am back in Da Nang! Thank you Dung and team. 😊

Such a beautiful place to stay! The photos don’t do it justice. There is a winding staircase over a koi river with sprawling greenery all over. The rooms themselves were immaculate. Breakfast options were made to order and delivered at a time of your choosing (and were delicious!). Literal seconds’ walk from the beach and close proximity to the Lady Buddha and Monkey Mountain. Responsive host and friendly staff. We would absolutely book here again!

It was a great stay! It’s an apartment inside of the hotel - so you have cleaning everyday (linen & towels change) and the stuff on the reception helped with all our needs. Location is just great - a lot of restaurants, cafes, massage parlors and the beach is walkable 5mins way. Rooms might be different from the photos but ours had the same amenities as the others and stuff was very helpful!

Everything as in description, very close to the beach and basic necessities, recommended 🙂
