amazing place! I couldn't believe the value for money. incredible views and very peaceful. gecko was a perfect host, super friendly and helpful. My highlight though has to be the trio of adorable dogs that live there. playing with puppies by the side of the pool whilst looking at the mountains and watching eagles fly low overhead. unforgettable experience. if you're in cat ba you have to stay here.

Worthwhile accommodation in a quiet location with very accommodating hosts. Hoan and his family picked up and even brought them to our next destination early in the morning. We were able to rent a scooter directly through them. The house is very modern equipped and it lacks nothing. Would definitely come back again :)

Amazing value for money considering breakfast was included every morning. We stayed for 3 mornings and each day was different. Omelette, fruit, pancakes, noodles. Fresh towel and a bottle of water provided each day. If you are looking for somewhere basic/minimal that is comfortable and cheap - absolutely no issues. Bed was comfy. You would never get the standard of this for the low cost anywhere else
