Holiday rentals with an EV charger in Philadelphia

Had a great stay! The loft space is very cool and was perfect for a couple. Big bathroom and everything was very clean. Great bath products provided as well. Also loved that parking was available for a fee! If you’re sensitive to light, bring an eye mask since there are high up windows without shades. Great experience and highly recommend!

Beautiful Rental. Felt like home, actually even nicer than home. I felt very welcomed and comfortable in this place. Parking was easy to find, furniture was comfortable and nice. Has everything you need go enjoy your stay!

Rosa communicated very well with me before, during and after the stay. The place was EXACTLY as it's listed. Clean, modern, quiet and very comfortable. It was perfect, felt safe and within reasonable walking distance of many place to go get something to eat or shop for in you're staying for more than a few days.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Chris’ Rail Park Studio. The apartment was easy to find and the instructions were easy to follow. The place was clean and matched the photos/description. I felt safe at all times and was able to walk to the Convention Center/City Center in 5 minutes. There were great eating places in close proximity. I paid extra for the parking space and it was well worth it!! It was nice having a car on sight without having to look for parking. I will definitely be back!!!

Great spot in a great location. Close to Reading Market and subway. Area felt safe enough. The loft was great for the two of us. I missed in the listing where it doesn't list a TV in the unit but thats on me. Weren't there much anyway except later in the evenings. I will 100% see if their places are available again on future trips.

Best location possible! Close to big city attractions, walking distance to shopping and restaurants! Massive, beautiful, well furnished apartment with easy parking, perfect accommodations! Host is very responsive and quick to address all issues/ confusing things, I never had to wait, which was lovely!

This large classic brick home was just what we needed. We would definitely book it again. And when we needed something the night we checked in, Val made a run to the grocery store and brought it to us, though it was almost midnight. Impressive!

Sean was absolutely incredible! Due to an unexpected issue with our previous stay, we had to book last minute—and he welcomed us without hesitation. From the moment we arrived, we felt completely at home. The property itself is stunning—serene, safe, and beautifully maintained. Five stars all around!

Really nice place. Stayed for Princeton graduation. We had stayed here once before a couple years back and they had upgrade the bathrooms, which was a very nice touch. We like the place so much that we decide to stay here again. Place is as described. Very clean nice and comfortable. Would absolutely stay again. We rented during prime time and the rent was comparable to other places and most likely a better deal than most

Sara is a fantastic host. The location is walkable to all that Princeton has downtown, and the house has everything that we needed for young kids including a pack-n-play, high chair, and child plates / silverware. We would definitely stay here again!

The house itself exceeded our expectations. It was spotless, incredibly comfortable, and filled with thoughtful, unexpected touches that made our stay feel extra special. There was plenty of space for everyone to spread out and enjoy both privacy and time together. Jennifer was an exceptional host—kind, responsive, and communicative throughout our visit. If there were a sixth star, I would award it to this place. The furnishings were gorgeous with lots of fabulous artwork on all the walls. It was a perfect location for the area, very close to Longwood Gardens, and an absolutely lovely residential setting. Would stay there again in a heartbeat.

Wayne’s place was absolutely lovely. The main living space consists of the living, dining room and kitchen. There is a bedroom, bathroom/laundry room and sitting area downstairs. And multiple bedrooms and a beautiful bathroom upstairs as well. The property is lovely and peaceful and Wayne set up a pack n play in the living room for our one year old niece which was great. The kids enjoyed playing yard games on the lawn and the outdoor seating was great. There are steps to go to any bathroom so keep that in mind if there are people whom the stairs are difficult for. The kitchen is small but beautiful and it worked fine for take out and setting up plates for everyone but would be a one person show if you plan on cooking. All in all, the house was great and very charming and we enjoyed our stay.
