You will have the first floor of a private residence. All entrances, rooms, doors are untouched except by guests for entire stay. There is a locking french doors between the suite and the rest of the home. The living room has a fire place. TV and a high top seating area. The suite includes a fully functional kitchen -- sink, fridge, dishes, microwave etc. there is a hot plate (2) but not a range top stove. There is patio with secluded and private seating. and gas grill.

Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine, Temple Med, Shriner Hospital and Einstein Hospital are located nearby.

Room for 2. My house is a 6-bedroom Tutor with a lower level apartment with a separate entrance. Plenty of light reaches the apartment. It has been newly painted and is looking extremely cute. The space has a fully-equipped kitchen. It is a block from City Line Ave. (buses, trains, and food), 15 minutes by bus to Philly, and 2 blocks to St. Joseph's University. Street parking is always available. Self check-in with a lock box. Keys are inside the lockbox.
