Im oberen Bereich befindet sich die Schlaf- und Arbeitsebene mit einer Doppelbett Liegefläche von 180x200m. Im Erdgeschoss ist der Essbereich mit einer Kochnische und einem Sofa, was bei Bedarf zu einer Schlafcouch ausgeklappt werden kann. Direkt daneben befindet sich das kleine Duschbad. Ebenso steht Euch eine Wachmaschine zur Verfügung.

Our apartment is centrally located in Pfungstadt. It has a small kitchen, a chic bathroom with a walk-in shower, a bedroom and a living room with a dining area and a cozy couch/sofa bed. The sofa bed in the living room is suitable as a sleeping option for another person or 1-2 children. The large round table in the living room can also be used as a workplace. The hallway is used as a passage to the upper apartment.

Cozy little old house in the center of Pfungstadt well suited for 3 people. Completely renovated and insulated. It offers 3 bedrooms, kitchen, dining room, TV room and two bathrooms. The bus stop is 20 meters away. Parking is 20 meters away or in the yard. Parking of bicycles and motorcycles in the courtyard is of course possible by arrangement with the hairy security service. And of course fast Wi-Fi.
