The cozy "Innerwalten 100" apartment is located in Walten (Valtina), a charming mountain village at 1,300 m, part of St. Leonhard in Passeier (San Leonardo in Passiria). The spacious apartment accommodates 8 guests and features a large living/sleeping area with 1 double bed and 2 sofa beds for 2 people each. There is also a separate bedroom with a double bed, a small kitchenette with 2 hobs and a mini fridge, and a large bathroom with a bathtub. Wi-Fi, satellite TV, and cable TV are included.

Studio newly built in 2022 (approx. 35 m², ground floor). The studio is located in the converted hay barn of the Engadine house "Chasa Pütvia" from the 16th Central location on the neighborhood street, a few steps to the ski bus/PostBus and only a 5-minute walk from the village center of Scuol with shops, restaurants and the "Bogn Engiadina" wellness pool. The cross-country skiing center and trail are also a few minutes' walk away. Occupancy up to 2 people (infants not included).

There is no telephone connection in the area, but there is a Wi-Fi connection in the cabin, and there are two refreshments nearby where you can taste local foods. The village shop and bus stop are a 5-10 minute walk away. In summer, numerous hikes and bike tours can be undertaken from the apartment. Various swimming options in the region. The cable cars can be reached in 15 minutes by car or PostBus. Cross-country ski trail from Ramosch. Toboggan run to the front door.

The apartment is located in a very sunny & quiet location in Birkach, about 3 km from the center of Pfunds and offers a great view of the upper Inn Valley. The restaurants and shops are about 5 minutes away by car, about 20 minutes on foot. The large windows brighten the rooms and offer a pleasant atmosphere. The nearby summer & winter sports regions of Schöneben (I), Samnaun (CH), Nauders, Serfaus, Fiss-Ladis are a few minutes' drive by car/ski bus!
