Open-space design apt in a historic farmhouse

One out of our five delicately renovated apartments located on the second floor of a charming, characterful farmhouse. It is one of the oldest buildings of a cosy little village in the Valle d’Isarco in Northern Italy. We find ourselves right in the center of sun-blessed South Tyrol, on a hilltop at the entrance of the Gardena and Funes valleys. Close to the dolomites mountains but not far away from the popular towns of Bolzano and Bressanone it is an ideal starting point to explore the region.

Der Achensee, als größter See Tirols, ist 2 km entfernt, das Skigebiet ist fußläufig erreichbar, der Golfplatz liegt in 1 km Entfernung.

Die schöne gemütliche Studio-Wohnung befindet sich in nur 5 Gehminuten von der Altstadt Sterzing und von der Bahnstation entfernt. In unserem Apartment können bis 2 Erwachsene + 1 Kind übernachten. Die 34 qm große Wohnung besteht aus einem Eingangsbereich, einem Wohnbereich /Essbereich mit einer Schlafcouch, einem Schlafzimmer mit einem Doppelbett, einer Küche und einem Badezimmer mit Bidet. Die Wohnung verfügt zusätzlich über eine Terrasse, einen Garten und eine geschlossene Tiefgarage.

Der Blick auf die Berge und frische Bergluft sorgen für sofortige Entspannung. Die Umgebung bietet sowohl Sommer wie Winter schöne Momente und allerlei Möglichkeiten. It is located 10-minutes from the village of Villanders (Villandro) in the Eisack Valley in South Tyrol. The holiday apartment consists of a living/dining room with a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 3 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, Satellite TV, a baby cot and a high chair.
