Baita del Toma is a small romantic retreat in the tranquillity of the Dolomites, designed for couples who want to get away from it all and enjoy an incredible experience! Here, time slows down amidst the scent of wood, pure air, the silence of the mountains and special encounters with nature: marmots in the meadows, foxes in the woods, curious goats and the peaks all around. Haus Lärchensteig (2 apartments + loft space)

The house has been lovingly rebuilt and renovated by us with local materials with local materials. We rent it to groups and families or use it ourselves as a vacation home. It is idyllically located at 1430 m in the middle of meadows and agricultural areas and is surrounded by the breathtaking scenery of the 3000 m of the main Alpine ridge. The village of St. Jakob with inns and shops is only a 10-minute walk away. The house is also very easy to reach in winter on the regularly cleared driveway.

Sun-drenched Mountain Farm in South Tyrol

We offer two beautiful apartments on our historic, meticulously renovated farm. Both of them feature the perfect mix between tradition and modern convenience and style. Our sun-drenched apartments exude calm and coziness. We equipped the holiday apartments with furniture made from our own stone pine forest. It beckons you to relax and unwind. Open-space design apt in a historic farmhouse

One out of our five delicately renovated apartments located on the second floor of a charming, characterful farmhouse. It is one of the oldest buildings of a cosy little village in the Valle d’Isarco in Northern Italy. We find ourselves right in the center of sun-blessed South Tyrol, on a hilltop at the entrance of the Gardena and Funes valleys. Close to the dolomites mountains but not far away from the popular towns of Bolzano and Bressanone it is an ideal starting point to explore the region.

A-Frame Cabin

Cabins situated in a quiet location on the campsite. Maximum occupancy of 2 people. Accommodation made of larch and pine wood with a double bed made of solid wood, under which there is a space for storing clothes and belongings. Bed linen provided, heating and electrical outlets. Small porch outside. Shared external bathroom (approx. 50m away), parking space approx. 100m away. Free Wi-Fi. Hairdryer available at the reception on request. ONLY one small-sized dog under 10kg allowed.

Treat yourself to a break under the stars! For those who like to sleep outside and still want to be protected and well "covered". If you are looking for peace and quiet to relax, slow down and experience nostalgia for past times. If you want to connect more closely with Mother Earth and have always wanted to sleep in the hay: Welcome under our roof! Designed for 2 people, for 1 to 2 nights. If possible, please bring your own sleeping bag, otherwise for an extra charge.

Mountain Chalet Heidi and Peter

The Chalet Heidi und Peter is situated in a peaceful area of San Leonardo in Passiria/Sankt Leonhard in Passeier, surrounded by mountains. The 2-storey property consists of a living room, a fully-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 8 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi with a dedicated workspace for home office, a washing machine as well as a TV. In addition, a private sauna is available for your use.

Thalerhof Sancta Sebastianus

The Sebastianus apartment is located in Unterinn Ritten, just a 15-minute drive (11 km) from Bolzano. Enjoy a newly renovated interior and spectacular views of the surrounding Alps. The 40 m² apartment features a living room, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 2 bedrooms, and a bathroom, accommodating up to 4 guests. Amenities include Wi-Fi and a TV. The private outdoor area offers a garden and a terrace with outdoor furniture, including sun loungers.

Log cabin in Trins with view and atmosphere

We rent out our log cabin in a very quiet location with a wonderful view and a very cosy atmosphere. It has been lovingly renovated. Our guests have access to: a large living room, a new kitchen, a sunny conservatory, a bedroom, a small bedroom, an entrance hall, a bathroom and a toilet. Also: large terrace and a large garden that you can use. Private parking. Of course, we are happy to provide information to our guests and are usually available in person.

Elegant penthouse apartment in modern alpine style on the Seefelder plateau. The cozy, quiet apartment on the last floor is designed for up to 4 people very comfortably. It has a bright living-dining area with modern fully equipped kitchen, two double bedrooms, two bathrooms, underfloor heating, free Wi-Fi and a very large private terrace. From there you can enjoy the breathtaking view of the mountains and the Inn Valley, both in summer and in winter.
