Cozy construction trailer to feel good, in the garden with pear and apple trees and with two ducks. Idyllic in all seasons. The lake is accessed from the garden gate, across the street and another 150 m..., then you are at the swimming lake, walk around the lake 1.5 km. Self-sufficient in the construction trailer. A self-catering kitchen and a separate bathroom are located in the annex, for your own use (not in the family's house). We (Gesa and Christoph with our two children) live in the house on the property.

Our little house in the countryside was completely renovated in 2024 and lovingly furnished. It is located in a quiet allotment site on the edge of the forest and offers a unique view of the Further Valley. The accommodation is just a few minutes' drive from the beautiful town of Landshut. Unique natural oasis south of Ingolstadt

Arrive and feel at ease. Whether you are planning a holiday or a professional stay, our accommodation offers nature, retreat and a fantastic environment. Nevertheless, you are in a few minutes in Ingolstadt (city border south 3 km) or on the motorway A9 (5 km). Our two dog girls are happy about petting units and are dear roommates (for dog allergy sufferers or people with fear of dogs our accommodation is unfortunately not suitable). We are looking forward to great encounters!

The house consists of 3 bedrooms with 2 double beds each & a bunk bed. In the large bedroom upstairs there is a home cinema system with Netflix connection. Furthermore, the house has 2 bathrooms with toilet & an additional toilet on the 1st floor. There is both a shower and 2 bathtubs available. On the lower floor there is also a gym & laundry room with washing machine incl. Dryer. The kitchen is fully equipped, including fully automatic coffee maker, etc.

Die Ferienwohnung ist im 2023/24 neu renovierten Dachgeschoss eines denkmalgeschützten großen Hauses ( nach einen Großbrand 2022 im Haus wurde alles von Grund auf saniert) . Sie ist gut ausgestattet, gemütlich und bietet viel Platz auch für Familien mit Kindern. WLAN, TV und eine Spielecke gehören zur Ausstattung. Ebenso eine voll ausgestattete Küche und ein Bad mit Dusche und WC. Hunde können mitgebracht werden, es gibt zwei Katzen im Haus: Mimi und Sally.

Entspanne dich in unserem kleinen Paradies. Das außergewöhnliche Tiny House hat eine große Terrasse mit herrlichem Blick in den naturnahen Garten. Umgeben von Vogelgezwitscher, Ziegen, Hühnern, und unserem Collie kann man das Landleben genießen. Dolce vita, einfach die Seele baumeln. Im Winter gibt es kein fließend Wasser!!Es steht ein Wasserkanister bereit. Bitte beachten! Im Häuschen nebenan befindet sich die Trockentoilette und Infrarotkabine.

Vacation home near train to Munich, Therme Erding

Our vacation home is located in a quiet, idyllic area surrounded by forest and fields, only a few minutes away from Erding. It has a separate, private entrance and accommodates 2 guests. Destinations like the Therme Erding, the Munich Trade Fair and the Munich airport can be easily reached by car. Excellent public transport connection brings you to Munich's Marienplatz within 40 minutes. The S-Bahn train station can be reached by stairs.

Small cottage in the countryside

Our small vacation home is located in the middle of our horse farm on which we also live ourselves. Here you can live idyllically in nature and still be conveniently located. Quiet walking paths directly from the farm invite you to stroll through nature. The proximity to Augsburg and Munich (each approx. 30 minutes by car) is ideal for city tours. The small cottage has a small kitchen and a bathroom with sauna. A car is an advantage.

Hideaway in the Hallertau

Enjoy peace and nature in stylish accommodation. Forest and meadow right at your doorstep. In winter: long walks or cross-country skiing In summer: forest walk and yoga at the natural pond to relax. Piano for practicing and composing in the apartment. Tiny house feeling / everything is available. Dogs are allowed. Not for big city junkies ;) Baskets with organic breakfast are also possible by arrangement (additional costs)
