The 4-hectare courtyard is idyllically located in the middle of the vineyards and is accessible on two sides at ground level. You can start hiking or cycling directly from the yard. Our stylish and modern apartment is close to Bad Kreuznach, Bingen and Mainz, in the Sprendlingen wine region. Sprendlingen offers many leisure activities, such as cycling, hiking, Nordic walking, swimming and much more. The property is perfectly suited for 1-3 people. There is no Wi-Fi in the apartment - but the fiber optic cable for the Internet is already installed. Think positive, just put your phone aside and do other stuff. :)
