Some areas of the spacious villa remain unoccupied and others are reserved for your use. During the stay, you'll be the sole occupants, apart from the owners who may occasionally be in another part of the house. Enjoy the lush gardens, private pool, and serene countryside.

Each room is equipped with air conditioning. Outside, a private space with a barbecue is available for pleasant outdoor moments. There is also a separate double room with a private bathroom, mini fridge, kettle, coffee machine, air conditioning and TV.

The apartment is two floors below the square, entirely dug into the tuff. Overlooking the valley, it is isolated from the noises of the street, quiet, private, and very welcoming. The tuff walls give it an ancient vibe to transport you to another time. It can be reached on foot, via a footbridge that takes you directly to the square where the property is located. It is perfect for short stays of complete relaxation, but with the fully equipped kitchen you can make the most of it.

Dogs under 10 kg are allowed upon request and with a daily supplement to be paid on site.

Ethical house in Umbria

It is a 60 sqm annex suitable for couples who want to visit our region. We don't have a swimming pool but we have the truffle ground, the stream, the roe deer, porcupines, wild boars, our cats and the little dog Moti. In the garden, you will find herbs, fruit, and garden produce. Inside the cottage we rent, you will have our olive oil and helichrysum liqueur that we produce. We also produce saffron, but we sell it! Of course, pets are welcome!
