It's always good to be in Itaipava. Our stay was super quiet, bed and bath linens very well cared for, I as a person allergic to smells, felt good! All well cared for! View with lots of greenery, showers providing wonderful baths. Very good beds! Celso is a super host! We'll be back for sure.

We had a wonderful weekend at Fazenda Maria Comprida on a family trip with 24 people, including children, and we were all very well accommodated in the 9 suites. Dear Roberta's welcome made all the difference, welcoming us with affection and attention from the very first moment. Staff are amazing: helpful, friendly and always willing to help. The rooms are comfortable, cozy and beautifully cared for. The surrounding countryside is simply stunning, bringing peace and beauty to every corner of the farm. And we couldn't help but praise the delicious food prepared by Tânia and Ingrid ,made with a lot of caprice and that won us all. We returned with a heart full of good memories and counting the days to return! Thanks for everything!

Flávio is an excellent host, the house is exactly as in the photos, incredible. In addition to the house being very rich in detail and comfort, it has the privilege of an incredible view of the lake, like a campfire, time passes without us noticing. Easily accessible location, even though it has a small part of a dirt road, it is super easy to get to. There are some grocery stores about 10/15 minutes from the house, but it's good to bring things to make the most of the house. Place with all the utensils, we went as 4 people, one being a 1-year-old, as the house is flat we were very comfortable. We also took our dog, and as the place is fenced, we also had no problem letting him loose and enjoying all the peace the place offers. Lovely and comfortable home. Highlights would be the living room integrated with the kitchen and pool table, leaving everyone in the same spacious and comfortable environment. The heated pool with the bucolic look was also charming. I'd definitely be back!

Unfortunately, we only stayed one weekend. I really wanted more. Everything perfect and well cared for. The house is wonderful, as are the grounds and the pool. The support given by Guida and Gabriel was perfect! Thank you!

We loved the weekend we spent and intend to return more often. The house is wonderful, exactly as in the pictures. Very beautiful house with many rooms, three of which are suites, which makes it even more comfortable. Large plot, well maintained, clean, with several options for children, large pool and a beautiful view. Nazaré and Zezinho were excellent. Very careful and available. Nazaré's food is delicious, with delicious weather, it was extremely attentive in everything. Renato was very available and proactive with necessary explanations. We were very happy with everything and we intend to return.

The place is beautiful for those looking for contact with nature and tranquility. The access road is not good, but after you arrive, it is worth it. The house is the perfect place to rest with family and friends. All rustic, simple, but complete. We were received by Mr. Júlio, who was very attentive in showing us everything. I can confirm most of the other comments from previous guests!

To start the view! What a view. The house is beautiful, compact and intimate. The gourmet space was a delight. It's about enjoying every moment. I loved the wooden chairs, where we made a fire and watched the sunset. Comfortable rooms, well-equipped kitchen, impeccable towels and bed linen. Roberta is always helpful. I recommend the stay and I want to come back.

My family stayed there to be close to my wedding venue. Carlos Alberto, from the beginning, was super attentive and helpful. Sueli is super available, friendly and has given us all the necessary support during the stay (along with her husband). Although small, the house is well equipped and comfortable. The house is in a very green area, which has brought us a lot of tranquility and peace. The water in the shower is very hot and the bath and bed linen are excellent. We had flexibility at both check-in and Check-out. We will definitely return !

I loved the apartment, it has a good location (the neighborhood is great, close to several tourist spots that you can walk to), quiet and peaceful. It was very organized, clean and I had no problems. I went during the cold season and what saved me was the shower, lol, very good and very hot. The condominium is also very quiet.
