And for those hot days, there are outdoor and indoor pools, as well as an interactive pond in the middle of the beach-style living room, a heated jade-stone hot tub, and a wooden hot tub in the 'Sol' bedroom. We have 3 bedrooms (2 en suites) and can accommodate up to 8 people. Every detail has been thought out to take you beyond the ordinary.

The gourmet kitchen, integrated with a deck, is the connecting element between the two rooms. This area has a stunning view. In the case of 2 guests, when one suite is rented, the other is automatically blocked, at the guest's choice. For 4 guests or more, both are released. Nothing is shared with other guests.

High-end house built in a four-container project on flat land, with a private leisure area. Located in a gated community with easy access to BR 040, just minutes from the center of Itaipava and Araras. Suite 1 can be set up with two single beds or a super king bed, with the possibility of adding a crib if needed. Suite 2 has a queen-size bed and TV. In the living room, there is a sofa bed.
