My stay at Rubens' property in Itaipava was excellent! The environment was impeccably clean and very well cared for. The location is great, quiet and at the same time close to the main points of the region. The condominium's amenities perfectly met expectations — everything was very organized and functional. The bed and bath linens were clean and fragrant, providing even more comfort during the stay. A special detail was the treat left for guests, showing affection and attention to detail. I recommend and would be back for sure!

Our stay was very good. Leandro is an excellent host. The property is cozy, just like in the photos. It accommodated my family of 4 adults and 2 children very well. We were greeted with a bottle of wine and a welcome note from Leandro and his wife. The neighborhood offers alternatives for restaurants, pharmacies, markets and commerce. Relatively close by car to the Itaipava fair, about 15 minutes. A good option for those who want peace and comfort. We recommend the property without a doubt. Thank you for the reception.

What a cozy house and incredible view! We loved every day we stayed there and our little Dante loved every little space in the house, which is so wonderful in the eyes of adults as well as children. But the contact with nature was what prevailed, a house full of flowers and visits from birds all day, as well as a beautiful orchard that attracts the most varied songs throughout the day. I recommend it with my eyes closed, an extremely comfortable, clean, cozy house, even more beautiful than in the photos. ❤️

The weekend to celebrate my birthday was amazing, the house was super comfortable and clean, and fully equipped with everything we needed, the host was always very attentive and kind, solving whatever was necessary immediately, the assistant Silvinha was great, made delicious food and was always very sweet! Fernanda's space is cozy, warm, everything is very clean, the linens smell good and it's well maintained. It had everything we needed. We were greeted by Terezinha, a great person who showed us everything and even took us to the supermarket. Super friendly. I recommend the accommodation.

We spent the Easter holiday, it was 4 wonderful days. The house is just like the photos, beautiful, comfortable, all new and functioning perfectly. The outside is too much, garden is super well taken care of, the river passing through the land has a natural swimming pool and even a waterfall. Communication with Vie was great, I answered my questions promptly. During the holiday, we have the help of the employee Vânia, who is super helpful and very friendly. I highly recommend your stay, a unique experience.

The apartment is new, clean, comfortable, well equipped and is in a beautiful condominium, with a large lake. It is an oasis of beauty and peace. There are restaurants, a market, and a pharmacy nearby. We really liked it and will be back.

Studio 325 is exactly like in the pictures. All very well cared for, new and smelling. It's that place where you really feel at home, all very practical and organized.
