Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Petralona, Athens

Great location. Just next by the park where Philopappos Hill is. You can get a beautiful view of the city and the Acropolis from there. Acropolis is a short walk from the park. The neighborhood is very peaceful, with good restaurants options nearby. There is also a supermarket very near. Pericles always responded right away to all the questions. It was very easy to checkin after a late arrival at Athens. The place was exactly as described. I reccomend it and hope to return one day.

It was conveniently located so we could walk everywhere. There were so many different restaurants to choose from.

Absolutely incredible apartment in Koukaki. It’s right in the heart of the area, with amazing restaurants and shops witching minutes. The view of the Parthenon from the larger balcony is unparalleled. Upstreet was super helpful the entire time. Didn’t want to leave. Don’t think I’ll ever book another place - will always want to stay here while in Athens. Thanks!

This apartment and location were wonderful. The apartment was well described and the location was ideally close to attractions, metro, wonderful restaurants and shopping. The street is quiet and great for relaxing after a busy day of fun. The balcony was beautiful and so fun to sit outside. The hosts were super kind and helpful. We arrived ahead of check-in and they were so accommodating. They met us at the apartment and were unbelievably kind in that they picked up some fresh baked pastries and made us coffee. They responded quickly to our questions and were especially helpful in recommendations and even helped us with some of our needed transportation arrangements. We would return again and again to stay in this location without hesitation. I can recommend these hosts and location without any reservation.

Aggeliki by far is the best host out of all the people I have rented from on Airbnb. She is very friendly, very helpful, always keen to help. Place was amazing and she is very responsive. She also like to recommend restaurants, places to visit, etc… I was also travelling to Naxos and she was already proactive with providing me with her favourite restaurants and beaches there. Her place is also very cosy, has a great atmosphere I believe that’s because it is their own house in which the rent every now and then. In short, great host that gives me even extra motivation to come to Athens!

Das Airbnb ist genau so, wie es die Beschreibung und die zahlreichen Bewertungen erwarten lassen - einfach top für einen Städte-Trip in Athen. Es ist sehr gut gepflegt, mit allem eingerichtet, was man benötigt. Alles funktioniert einwandfrei und die Kommunikation mit Christos ist super schnell und einfach. Wir haben uns 8 Tage dort sehr wohl gefühlt! Die Nachbarschaft ist gespickt mit sehr netten und guten Tavernen und Restaurants; dennoch bleibt es auch am Wochenende ruhig. Supermarkt, Apotheke, Bäckerei, alles innerhalb von drei Minuten zu erreichen. Die Sehenswürdigkeiten sowie das City Center sind fußläufig zu erreichen und wenn man sich über die Metro bewegen möchte, sind alle drei Linien innerhalb von 12 Minuten zu erreichen. Für uns eine reine 5 Sterne Bewertung!

Such a beautiful Airbnb. Best part is the hot tub actually gets hot, not just lukewarm (which i’ve noticed a lot of other hot tubs in Greece are only lukewarm) so that was a plus. Very modern setup and the view was great. Unfortunately I was very sick during my stay, but Jeff and Katerina were so nice and responsive and even helped us get a taxi to the ER, and checked in on us throughout the day. Truly such great hospitality and we are so appreciative for all of the help that they provided for us. Any question we had they responded to us right away with such helpful advice. Thank you so much for everything ♥️♥️

We had a wonderful stay at this charming apartment in Athens. It fully met our expectations and is beautifully decorated, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Please note that there are two flights of stairs to reach the apartment, which could be a bit challenging for those with mobility issues. The location is excellent — surrounded by many restaurants, small picturesque streets, and a lively yet pleasant neighborhood. Overall, the service was great, and we thoroughly enjoyed our time there. Highly recommended!

Beautiful and spacious home. Great location. So much to love about this place. Georgios and Nikolia are wonderful and responsive hosts. Comfy mattresses and pillows. AC in every room. One amenity that really impressed us was the water cooler - this is not what we use to see in Airbnb's, it was really thoughtful and appreciated. It's been my second stay in this beautiful house, will definitely choose to stay here again for our next trips.

Eşim ve iki kızımla 3 gün kaldık, kendi evimizdeymisiz gibi rahat ettik. Cumartesi günleri pazar var, oradan alışveriş yaptık. Metroya çok yakın, yürüme mesafesinde. Hem Atina merkeze, hem de plajlara yakın olmak istiyorsanız, burası konum olarak çok başarılı.

Nous avons passé un bon séjour chez Chris. Le logement est bien situé et bien aménagé. La terrasse et le jacuzzi sont un vrai plus. Chris a été disponible et réactif a nos demandes. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Клара беше мила и приветлива. Изчака ни търпеливо, въпреки че ние малко закъсняхме. Беше ни подготвила малка почерпка за добре дошли. Къщата имаше всичко необходимо за спокоен престой. Квартала беше тих и спокоен, но много комуникативен с автобуси, трамваи и метро. Беше лесно и бързо да се придвижим до центъра, основни атракции и плажовете. В близост имаше магазинчета, супермаркети и ресторанти, така че нищо не ни липсваше.

Great location with restaurants across the street. Great for groups who want to be under the same roof but also want to have their own space in different apartments. There are 3 apartment and each apartment is equipped with a bathroom which made getting ready easy for us 4 ladies. The top 1st floor apt ‘Harmonia’ is very modern, with two twin beds in one room and a Queen size in the other room, kitchen with a cute pink fridge and very modern bathroom. Then there’s the basement apartment ‘Erato’ with a twin sized bed in one room and a queens sized bed in the adjacent room. Living room with tv as well. This apartment has had a switch which you had to flip about 30 mins before taking a shower so you can heat the water, which was a little inconvenient but wasn’t such a deal breaker. The basement apartment’s shower is tricky, had to turn knobs and a contraption on the faucet you had to move up and down to make it go from faucet to shower. Then there’s the studio apt ‘Aegle’ which is small

This place was amazing! Self check-in & check out were seamless, and the host provided very clear and easy instructions. The host also set us up with a driver from the ferry port and to the airport for our travel days, which was very convenient for a big group of us. The rooms and the whole place were beautiful and even better than the photos! We only stayed for one night, it was a group of 9 of us, and it was so spacious. We would have loved to stay longer just because of the place! A lot of markets and cafes are a walk away, and taxis (ubers) are super easy to get if you want to go to other areas. The host was extremely responsive and helped when the AC units went out for a couple of minutes, helping and fixing the issue right away. Everything was amazing and we wish we were able to stay longer!!

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The apartment was clean, well-equipped, and offered all the amenities we needed for a comfortable visit. The location is fantastic—just a short walk to Monastiraki and very close to the Thissio station, making it easy to get around the city. The host was incredibly helpful and provided great recommendations about the area. We highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Athens!

We had a wonderful time. Check in instructions were easy but getting used to opening the door was a little tricky at first. Our host was very responsive and helped us with our check in. The apartment was very spacious and private. The neighborhood is fantastic, walkable, and a great place to mix with the locals. We loved our times in Athens and will definitely return!

I had a great time at this property. Located in the 6th floor you have a great city view, Acropolis being visible from the terrace. The jacuzzi is an amazing experience at night. The place both smelled and looked clean, and in my experience the host did the little extra to account for a great experience - which it really was. Good instructions, easy check-in and access by app. Overall a really good stay at this property.

Natasa and Sotiris were wonderful hosts! Very quick responses to any questions we had during our stay and provided clear instructions for check-in and check-out. The location was perfect, as everything was walkable. The apartment is also right near a subway stop, so we were able to easily access public transit as well. We felt very welcome and appreciated by the hosts. Highly recommend!!
