Welcome to this handcrafted apartment on the green slope of Filopappou Hill, a quiet corner just above the historic centre. Step outside, walk into the hill, and you are minutes from the Parthenon and Athens' iconic sights, on pine-shaded footpaths, almost without seeing a car. I designed and built the whole interior by hand, over three years, in Baltic birch plywood. It is a small space, made slowly. Two balconies, 300 Mbps fibre and a standing desk, if you are working.
