Totally independent apartment above our garage, 150m from the tram to Bordeaux center and 1km from the access to the ring road to be in 45 minutes on the beach or in the vineyards of Saint Emilion. A private wooden terrace with a garden table and two chairs completes our offer. The new kitchen is fully equipped.
