A comfortable studio with a private outdoor area, quietly located in our garden in the heart of Talence (with independent access). You will find a living room with a fully equipped kitchenette, storage space, a sofa bed (140 cm x 190 cm), a bathroom with a shower and toilet, and air conditioning. Linen is provided. Very close to transport, the Chaban Delmas stadium and universities. A 15-minute walk from the centre of Talence and its Halles, ideal for visiting Bordeaux, studying or working remotely.

Enjoy the calm of the Haut Brion vineyards while being close to the Talence SNCF train station, tram B and the campus (10 min walk), the center of Bordeaux (15 min by train, 30 by tram) and the ring road. We lend a bicycle! Equipped kitchen: microwave, fridge, dishes, coffee machine + salt, oil, coffee, tea... Linens, towels, soap and shampoo provided. Bed made on arrival.
