First floor apartment, located a few minutes away by foot from both the center and the beach, suitable for a comfortable stay of four friends or a family with two children. Carefully furnished, it welcomes the guest in a bright living area with smartv then passing through the kitchen area you reach the comfortable dining area overlooking the internal garden. To complete the house, two bedrooms, one with a double bed the other with bunk bed and bathroom with shower, sanitary ware and sink.

Loft at the Sea

Cosy and comfortable Loft located at the beginning of Strada Panoramica Adriatica which, going through the Natural Park of Mount San Bartolo, connects Pesaro with Romagna Region. Baia Flaminia is the nearest beach, reachable in 5/10 minutes walking; the bay offers several paid beaches (with umbrellas and sunbeds for rent), as well as a large area of free beach. The city center (with Rossini Theater, Rossini Home, museums, shops etc..) can be reached with a 10-minute walk as well.

La Canocchia - House on the harbor

La Canocchia is a fishermen's cottage overlooking the harbour. Renovated with respect for its history, but equipped with all comforts, including a washer-dryer, induction hob, hot/cold heat pumps, and a dishwasher. Close to the equipped beach, downtown and all essential amenities. Ideal for two guests, it can accommodate a third adult on the bed/sofa on the ground floor. The bathroom and double bedroom are on the first floor. (Tourist tax 2 euro/pers/day to be paid on site).
