It was an all-round perfect stay. We spent 5 days in the apartment and we lacked nothing. Very well equiped kitchen. Very nice bathroom. The whole apartment was super clean. A super uncomplicated contact with the hosts. Apartment is very quiet. Due to the fact that the apartment is located in the "basement", it remains well tempered even at high outside temperatures. Everything you need is within walking or driving distance. I can only recommend it.⛰️🥰

Sylvia was super responsive (usually responded within a few minutes). The view from the apartment is unparalleled. You can see the mountains and glaciers from the windows. Parking is very easy (on the premises).

Great central accommodation on beautiful Achensee. Perfect starting point for hikes, to the trails and the Christlum ski lift. Super nice host. We will be happy to come back.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay! We loved having coffee on the deck overlooking the Austrian Alps - breathtaking views! The hosts were very friendly and gave us great recommendations for activities and restaurants. The apartment was well suited for a family of 4. Our children loved the communal kids play room and the pool. I highly recommend a stay here!

Alexandra's accommodation with her family is great. We visited the Zillertal region by car and had our two e-mountain bikes with us. The accommodation is superbly located and offers guests everything they need, the hosts are attentive and very friendly. All enquiries were answered in a short time. There is a lockable storage room for the e-bikes, incl. Charging option, which is very practical. The Zillertal is a paradise for cyclists, the cycle paths are superbly developed, and you hardly ever have to use the motorways. Great bike tours are offered on the web, depending on the level of difficulty and duration. What can I say, top location, the mountain is calling. We will definitely come back here, we loved it. This place was fantastic, nice little apartment with everything you need, including a well-equipped kitchen! The hot tub was a delight after hiking all day. Theresa welcomed us when we arrived and was very helpful and quick to respond to messages. Highly recommend this place to anyone travelling in this area!

We went on vacation as a family. The apartment was beautifully located and had a great view of the mountains. We immediately felt at home. Everything was very clean, modern and furnished with a lot of love for detail. The Klausner family was extremely friendly and warm. Right from the start, we were allowed to visit the new barn – with the small calves and the horses, which was a real highlight especially for the children. We went hiking a lot, and there are numerous opportunities for things to do nearby. In just 20 minutes you can reach the beautiful Achensee – highly recommended! It was a completely successful vacation, and we'd love to come back.😊

Amazing place to stay. Just a stone’s throw from the lake. The place was spotless and superclean. The host were responsive and gave excellent suggestions for local sightseeing and food. We had a great time with kids. Only issue that we had to carry luggage 2 floors up as the apartment had no lift But overall a super 5 star rating

we have just finished 6 days of wonderful holiday in Anna's lovely apartment, and one thing is for sure and that is that we will come back, hopefully already next year, it is charming and cozy, and the surroundings are fantastic for walking, and with the Alpbachtal card you can go on some good mountain hikes, and other exciting experiences, or you can sit outside the door and look at the mountains....because outside Anna and her family are very helpful and nice.. We had very nice days in Christa's apartment! The apartment is clean, has everything you need, a beautiful garden and a fantastic view of the mountains from the living room. There is a lot to discover in the area and you can also hike directly from the farm. Christa and her family are really child-friendly, very nice and helpful. Thank you again!

My stay with Ingrid was great. The location of the apartment was very central and yet quiet. Perfect for relaxing after an exciting day. Communication with Ingrid went smoothly and was always very pleasant. You can contact Ingrid without hesitation if you want to know something. The apartment also has everything you need for a holiday or a longer stay. I didn't miss anything during my 5-week stay. In summary, I can say that I enjoyed my time in Schwaz very much.

The property was very good, good locaton, very good view, calm and peaceful. The Host kept the property very clean, easy instructions to enter and vacate the place. We had a good time for the weekend.

Bettina is a kind and sincere lady who makes sure her guests are comfortably settled in. The amenities and provisions she provided exceeded our expectations like breakfast provisions, baking paper, butter, milk,etc. We are really thankful for that. The apartment is tastefully furnished and we love the balcony and terrace and the environment. Luckily, there was no construction works over the weekend when we were there. The only thing that I want to highlight is that the height of the toilet door from bedroom may be too low for some.

We made a stop here on our trip to Tuscany and felt very comfortable. With two adults, two small children (2 years and 4 months) and a dog, the accommodation was great. The garden was beautiful and completely fenced and the interior was also great. Communication with Aylin was totally uncomplicated and very friendly. Even if the price is not very cheap, we highly recommend the accommodation!

We had a wonderful stay at Lukas'! The apartment is not only stylish and furnished with great attention to detail, but also perfectly equipped – we lacked nothing. We were particularly impressed by the fantastic view of the valley, really a highlight! Lukas was a great host: very warm, helpful and flexible. He immediately responded to our special requests because of our little daughter and spontaneously organised a cot and a high chair for us. That was really great and not to be taken for granted. We can fully recommend the stay and will be happy to come back

We loved our stay in Rosenheim! We came to visit family and Leopold’s place was the perfect place for us to stay! The balcony and big windows are beautiful and had everything we needed! Would definitely stay again!

An outstanding place to stay! It's huge and perfectly set up. The interior design is amazing, a great modern interpretation of traditional Tirolian style. The huge hot tub, which was ready to use when we arrived, and the Finnish sauna are amazing highlights.. The apartment is located in the center of the small town with stores, restaurants, and wonderful trails in easy walking distance. This stay was a special experiance that we will remember for a long time to come! 10 out of 10.

We really enjoyed our getaway in the apartment. We had a very nice contact with the landlord. The location is wonderfully quiet and yet you can quickly reach the Schliersee or Spitzingsee. The Josefstaler waterfall is only a short walk away, we even went there twice. The baker around the corner had delicious rolls for our breakfast on the small balcony. The furnishings of the apartment were very good and as described. Everything you need for everyday holiday life was there. We slept particularly well, the bed was comfortable and the peace and quiet was heavenly. You can only hear the sound of the stream and the ringing of the cowbells from time to time. For us, the opportunity to charge electricity cheaply in our own parking space was particularly good. We thank you for the wonderful time and can recommend the apartment from the heart.

We have no words to describe how much we love staying in Hannes and Claudia's apartment. From the first contact here, always helpful, friendly and attentive. Upon arriving Hannes received us and in addition to presenting the apartment, he gave us tips on what to do in the area, presented where the supermarket, bakery and walks were located (everything very close). We are positively impressed by the cleanliness of the place and beyond said the way Hannes and Claudia thought of absolutely everything (had cutlery, pots, hot tub…) a super complete location. We will definitely come back more often and refer it to our friends and family. Thanks for your excellent stay. They made our trip even more amazing!

Christine and Josef are very warm and reliable hosts. They were always there with advice. Good tips and literature for companies! Our 8-year-old daughter was allowed to pet the rabbits and take a look in the stable. The as-new apartment was provided with loving details.

We felt very comfortable in the apartment. Everything we needed was really there, from towels to the initial equipment for breakfast. Unfortunately, our time in Telfs was quite unpleasant. But after a rainy hike, the sauna and the pool were particularly good.

Everything is great and as described! Quiet location but by car in 15 minutes in Innsbruck! Communication super straightforward and fast. We were completely satisfied :)
