What a beautiful little space in the Italian countryside. I am so sad we could not stay longer. We had a wonderful welcome and our stay far exceed our expectations. Our host helped us book dinners every night in local restaurants and we loved the proximity to San Marino and nearby wineries.

We stayed in the Villa at the end of April. The place is beautiful, surrounded by nature, quiet, with a beautiful garden that surrounds the house. About a km there are bakers, supermarket, butcher, all the shops you can serve. Lorena was fantastic, you helped us with everything, both to find a restaurant for Easter and as a guide to the various sites to visit. The house has every comfort, two living areas, one on the ground floor and one on the first floor, a kitchen with a table of 8. The house is about an hour from Rimini for those who love the sea. For those who want to visit the cities of art less than 45 minutes away are: San Leo, San Marino, Urbino, Urbania. Wonderful stay, thanks again Lorena.

The apartment is in the very heart of Novafeltria, so shops, cafés etc. are at walking distance. The church is practically next to the house, which means the ringing of the church bells can be heard inside. The place looks very nice, though, with beautiful, old furniture. Lorenza was a wonderful host: friendly, helpful and responsive. She also gave me tips on places to visit in the surrounding area.

We were here with our 4 children, who were looking forward to the large garden , volleyball net and outdoor area right upon arrival after going home exploration. All rooms were simple , lovingly and very comfortably furnished. We lacked nothing and we quickly had a "holiday feeling". Licia was present from day 1 with possible ideas for day planning , but especially when we had a problem with the door, she was quickly reachable. The climbing park right next door has provided the boys with action for 2 days (pay once, double entrance ). We say thank you, thanks for the great time !
