As a Family of 4 who used to live in Dubai, this place was perfect, everything was as described and Roxanne and Aziz were unbelievably helpful and responsive from booking onwards and while we were staying there. We hired a car as we know our way around and the location was perfect, 15 mins away from almost everything. We really appreciated how easy it was to find the place and easy to get in and out. Thanks for a great stay! Hopefully visit here again. Jess

The 9 Palms Villa was a lovely place to stay for the week. The neighborhood was quiet, the villa and outside areas were cozy and welcoming. We had a great stay and would come back again. The host and co host were responsive and very helpful - check in / out were easy.

Good place, exactly as described

I had a fantastic stay at the villa, and our host truly went above and beyond to make our experience unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, we felt incredibly welcomed and well taken care of. The villa was spotless, beautifully decorated, and equipped with all the amenities we could possibly need. Our host was always available to answer any questions and provided excellent recommendations for local attractions and dining options. Overall a good experience. Walking distance to the national museum and corniche with nearby shops. Check in experience could be improved as we swapped between FJ5 and FJ7 so there was an issue with booking which meant a few heated phone calls to sort out and a delay of about 2 hours. Overall I would recommend this place.

My husband and I really enjoyed our overnight stay at Shipra’s place. It was nice to be in an Airbnb that is someone’s home - more of a rarity these days! I enjoyed reading one of their books and the general homey feel. Nice hot shower, excellent location, clean bed linens, uncomplicated check-in… I would highly recommend!

Really good and convenient place next to the airport. Host communicates well and extremely fast. Place is as nice and spacious and just what was needed after a long flight.

We really enjoyed our stay Mohamed. It is a clean and well equipped studio. We felt at home.

The apartment was great for my stay in Dubai and as described. Alex was very responsive and helpful with anything needed. Self Check in was easy and location was good. Bus stop right in front if needed and goes to Mall of Emirates where there is a metro station. Everything was clean. Also appreciate the welcome pizza after a day of travelling. Thanks Alex

I took an apartment from him two days and extended it on a third day. The apartment is very clean (and the cleanliness is always obsessed with me when traveling ) and the furniture is tidy and beautiful and provides excellence to the owner, Muhammad may God bless him in his halal

I wanted to take a moment to share my experience of staying at the apartment in Dubai during my recent trip. First and foremost, the location was fantastic. It was incredibly convenient as most places in Dubai were just a 15-20 minute drive away. The proximity to Dubai Mall and Burj Khalifa, which were only a 5-minute drive, was especially convenient. The check-in process was smooth and efficient - a quick visit to the reception with my reservation details and within 5-10 minutes, I was inside my flat. The apartment itself was exactly as depicted in the pictures - no surprises there. However, I must point out that the air conditioning system could have been better. It was a bit tricky to maintain the desired temperature, which was a tad inconvenient. Overall, despite the minor issue with the air conditioning, I found the apartment to be a lovely place to stay during my time in Dubai.

I stayed with my family for a week at Salma's apartment, and it was all better than planned. The location is spectacular, overlooking the marina, with many restaurants nearby and also a few blocks from JBR, an area with a lot of atmosphere and also many restaurants. The apartment is super comfortable, even nicer than the photos, and with a terrace that is a pleasure to have breakfast there every day. Salma was an impeccable host, she gave us all the information in detail and was always attentive to our needs. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

Perfect stay for a family with young kids like us - the flat has everything you need including cot and high chair, lots of space, kids toys, and being attached to the Anantara resort means access to beach, kids pools, restaurants and the kids club! We have a wonderful stay and would like to thank the hosts for their responsiveness and hospitality.

We had a great stay and the place is so quite and clean. Sanaz was so helpful and had given us all the instructions and directions to easily locate the place though it's hard to find at first. Overall, it was a great experience being in that place.

My stay at apartment was extremely comfortable. The apartment is spacious and excatly as it is shown on the pictures. The host was very resposive and everything was clearly mentioned which made it very convenient for me to check in. The area is within a walkabe distance from good resturants and the ocean. The host was very prompt to respond and helped us store our luggage in the apartment until we left in the evening. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone wants to stay in JBR. We stayed for 1 week and the sea view was always a pleasure when we woke up. And the beautiful sunset. The accommodation is spacious and comfortable bedding. I would highly recommend it. Jerin is a very friendly and very responsive host. Once again, thank you for everything. 🙏🏽
