Excellent location and cleanliness is excellent but the entrance was not clean and the slits are bad , but inside the space everything was excellent.

The accommodation is good and a location not far from the beach 3 minutes walk in general is a beautiful experience

It's a very nice apartment located in the beautiful Marina Dubai. It has an outstanding view of Marina. Apartment itself is very clean and exactly as described. I would highly recommend this place.

Great location in a brand new tower in an area close to the clubs and the beach of JBR; apartment located on the 37th floor, spacious, clean and perfect for 2 people; the only flaw is the flooding of the bathroom after a shower.

Our best vacation ever! This villa is perfect - in the best possible location being close to the local Souk (Shopping centre) and close to Dubai Marina. There is also a lovely park with lake, playpark, basketball court and BBQ facilities 10 seconds from the villa. The villa itself was spacious (comfortably sleeps 6 adults), super clean, very well maintained, and had everything we needed for a perfect stay, this included a private swimming pool in the back garden! Belal and his housekeeper Joe did everything to prepare us for our stay, including lots of communications, advice and guidance – this means a lot when you are in a new country. The housekeeper Joe met us on arrival and showed us where everything was and how everything worked. The villa includes air conditioning and free Wi-Fi. Using the detailed written guide provided we were able to arrange delivery of groceries within 20 mins from ordering. I loved this villa and 100% intend to be a regular guest! Five Stars!!

We had a wonderful stay at Mr. Mohammed and Ms. Noureen’s villa. The place was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and beautifully maintained. Every detail showed how much care she puts into hosting. The check-in process was smooth, and she was always responsive and kind whenever we needed anything. The villa had everything we needed for a relaxing and comfortable getaway. We truly felt at home, and we would definitely love to come back again. Thank you, Ms. Noureen, for being such a gracious host!

I am delighted with the stay and the price to standard ratio. Very good and fast communication with the landlord. Very quiet and peaceful area, swimming pool, fitness center, market and shopping center nearby. Excellent access to all Dubai attractions in about 30 minutes car drive. I definitely recommend it.

Great villa! Heated swimming pool, barbecue, great backyard. Very private! Blossoming flowers as a fence. Amazing. We enjoyed fresh air and fumigation inside. Towels are everywhere, much more than needed , and that's extremely convenient. Highly recommend for the stay!

This apartment was absolutely gorgeous! It was spacious, clean and had a wonderful HUGE terrace. Arbaaz was a great host. He attended to all our needs and was very responsive. It was overall a very pleasant weekend.

My stay at apartment was extremely comfortable. The apartment is spacious and excatly as it is shown on the pictures. The host was very resposive and everything was clearly mentioned which made it very convenient for me to check in. The area is within a walkabe distance from good resturants and the ocean. The host was very prompt to respond and helped us store our luggage in the apartment until we left in the evening. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone wants to stay in JBR. We had a wonderful 5-day stay at this beautiful apartment in Dubai Marina. The property was absolutely excellent – clean, beautifully decorated, and offering stunning views of the Marina. It was perfect for our family, with everything we needed to feel comfortable, including our 3-year-old son who loved watching the boats from the balcony. The location is unbeatable, with easy access to restaurants, supermarkets, and attractions all within walking distance. Every amenity we could possibly need was close by, making our stay incredibly convenient. The host was very responsive and helpful throughout our visit, ensuring a smooth and pleasant experience from start to finish. Overall, this was a fantastic stay, and we would highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Dubai Marina!

Very comfortable apartment with good amenities and close to malls, airport etc.

Fabulous place - amazing location. Pool and terrace amazing too! Really enjoyed it here and would stay again. One tip - it’s easiest to get Ubers by going to the Delta hotel which is next door.
