Holiday rentals with beach access in Persian Gulf

We had a wonderful stay! Irina is very helpful and quick to reply. The apartment was just like the pictures and we had everything we needed. Also we loved the rooftop pool and there was no problem getting sunbeds during the day. Pool is nice and cooling for the June weather. We would love to come back another time.

This place is conveniently located near the beach and the restaurants in the neighborhood, It even includes a parking spot in the rental. The host is very responsive.

The apartment was exactly as described with the most stunning views over the marina. This was the easiest check-in experience I have had with an airbnb. The instructions were very well put together including how to use the facilities within the apartment. I already live in the UAE but given the location and the ease of getting to and from the apartment, (the train station is literally right outside) I highly recommend this apartment to all first time visitors.

We had great stay in appartment Carpe Diem in Dubai. Appartment is on the highest floor with beautifull views to Dubai marina. Appartman is very close to JBR beach with a lot of restaurants and malls. We are 5th time in Dubai and this our stay was the best. We will come back again. Thanks a lot. Anna

A wonderful stay in every sense of the word! The apartment is very beautiful, clean and tidy, and contains all the needs – from comfortable furniture to integrated kitchen utensils. The view is charming to the beach and the eyes of Dubai, and all the rooms and the lounge directly overlook the sea, which has added a distinctive setting to stay. The location is perfect, everything is close: restaurants, cafes, a beautiful walkway, and even delivery services and taxi apps like Uber and Careem are readily available at the entrance of the building, making it so easy to navigate even without a car. Our experience was even more distinctive thanks to the upscale dealing of Bassel, who was quick and very cooperative, as well as the brother Rami, who followed us throughout the stay and took care of our comfort. I highly recommend the apartment, and I will definitely be back!

We had a wonderful stay at Mr. Mohammed and Ms. Noureen’s villa. The place was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and beautifully maintained. Every detail showed how much care she puts into hosting. The check-in process was smooth, and she was always responsive and kind whenever we needed anything. The villa had everything we needed for a relaxing and comfortable getaway. Great villa! Heated swimming pool, barbecue, great backyard. Very private! Blossoming flowers as a fence. Amazing. We enjoyed fresh air and fumigation inside. Towels are everywhere, much more than needed , and that's extremely convenient. Highly recommend for the stay!

I recently stayed at this beach house and had an absolutely amazing experience. The location was unbeatable—just steps away from beach. The house itself was spotless, beautifully decorated, and fully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen had all the essentials (and more), there was plenty of space for everyone to relax. We especially loved the outdoor seating area and the BBQ grill—perfect for family dinners after a day at the beach. The pool was amazing. The hosts were friendly, responsive, and made sure we had everything we needed. You can tell they take great pride in this property. Whether you’re looking for a peaceful retreat or a fun family vacation spot, this beach house is ideal. We’re already planning our next visit!

We had an amazing stay at Alia's villa. The place is located inside The Cove Rotana Resort in Ras Al Khaimah which was a beautiful environment, walkable and full of nature. The villa is spacious and well equipped, we had everything we needed. The private pool is the main star of the show. It is clean, very nice and cold. It was at the perfect temperature even if we are in May. We had dinner directly on the beach which was wonderful! Alia is super reactive and friendly. We highly recommend and will definitely be coming back!

It was a really nice place to stay at! Especially the terrace was amazing with a beautiful view. The beds are comfortable and the kitchen has everything you need from cleaning supplies to plates and so on. Port de la mer itself is a quiet place with lots of possibilities to go for a walk. I for sure can recommend Georg and this apartment!

Our stay at the apartment in Dubai was absolutely fantastic! It exceeded our expectations in every way. Everything was spotlessly clean and well-maintained. The furniture was tidy and comfortable. There were a few minor signs of use, but that’s totally normal for a holiday apartment and didn’t bother us at all. The view was phenomenal – overlooking the Marina Walk, it was truly breathtaking. We had a wonderful experience and would definitely come back!

The accommodation was comfortable and the housing was good, but the check-out time was not convenient for me, and I hope in the future that there will be more flexibility in this aspect.
