It has its own entrance and there is parking for 1 car. Guests are welcome to use the lower part of our garden and picnic bench. The barn is situated in a tranquil, tucked away location in Perranporth, yet is only a 10 minute walk from the beach and local shops.

Facilities include super-fast Wi-Fi, a 4K TV, a kitchen with laundry facilities, and a bathroom with a luxurious rainhead power shower. Inside there is tea and coffee making facilities, a table and chairs, wood burner, comfy double bed and plenty of storage. Please note, the Shepherds Hut is accessed by three steps with a handrail.
