Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Peristeri

Eşim ve iki kızımla 3 gün kaldık, kendi evimizdeymisiz gibi rahat ettik. Cumartesi günleri pazar var, oradan alışveriş yaptık. Metroya çok yakın, yürüme mesafesinde. Hem Atina merkeze, hem de plajlara yakın olmak istiyorsanız, burası konum olarak çok başarılı.

Πεντακάθαρο κατάλυμα και μέσα το διαμέρισμα και έξω ο περιβάλλων χώρος. Πολύ όμορφος κήπος, πολύ περιποιημένος. Φιλικός και άμεσος ο οικοδεσπότης, ήταν εκεί για ό,τι χρειαστήκαμε με καλοπροαίρετη διάθεση. Όλοι όσοι προσφέρουν υπηρεσίες στο κατάλυμα ήταν εξυπηρετικοί. Εξαιρετική τοποθεσία, πολύ βολική για οποιαδήποτε δραστηριότητα, εύκολη πρόσβαση παντού, στο κέντρο της Αθήνας, σε μουσεία, πολιτιστικούς χώρους, χώρους ψυχαγωγίας, εστιατόρια Συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα το κατάλυμα του Μάριου. Θα το προτιμήσω ξανά.

Εξαιρετικό διαμέρισμα, φουλ εξοπλισμένο,πεντακάθαρο σε αγαπημένη περιοχή με φανταστική μεγάλη αυλή! Οι οικοδεσπότες Εξαιρετικοί, φιλικοί, με πολύ χαμόγελο μας βοήθησαν σε όλα. Ευχαριστούμε κύριε Ηλία και κυρία Φιλιώ για τη φιλοξενία! Συστήνεται ανεπιφύλακτα:)

Клара беше мила и приветлива. Изчака ни търпеливо, въпреки че ние малко закъсняхме. Беше ни подготвила малка почерпка за добре дошли. Къщата имаше всичко необходимо за спокоен престой. Квартала беше тих и спокоен, но много комуникативен с автобуси, трамваи и метро. Беше лесно и бързо да се придвижим до центъра, основни атракции и плажовете. В близост имаше магазинчета, супермаркети и ресторанти, така че нищо не ни липсваше.

Appartement rénové et en excellent état qui correspond parfaitement à ce que nous recherchions pour passer une nuit, à 15 minutes en voiture de l'aéroport. Stationnement facile devant le logement et plusieurs cafés à trois minutes à pied. Kostas a été un hôte fantastique qui nous accueilli très tard le soir malgré le retard de notre vol. Il a toujours été joignable et a veillé à ce que nous ne manquions de rien. Merci beaucoup à lui.

Ο χώρος πανέμορφος μέσα και έξω! Καταπληκτικό σπίτι και η τοποθεσία του πολύ βολική! Σίγουρα θα το προτιμήσουμε και μελλοντικά!

The place was very clean and comfortable. Safe neighbourhood, Gregory was very accommodating and had lots of good recommendations for the neighbourhood, lots of good restaurants within walking distance.

Η διαμονή μας στο σπίτι της Αλεξάνδρας ήταν άψογη. Το σπίτι βρίσκεται σε κεντρικό σημείο της περιοχής, δίπλα σε ό,τι μπορεί να χρειαστεί κανείς. Ήταν πανέμορφο, απολύτως περιποιημένο και με υπέροχη θέα. Η Αλεξάνδρα ήταν φιλόξενη, εξυπηρετική και πάντα διαθέσιμη να επικοινωνήσει μαζί μας. Το συνιστούμε ανεπιφύλακτα!

Ο Ανδρέας ήταν πολύ ευγενικός και εξυπηρετικός και ανταποκρίθηκε όποτε τον χρειάστηκαν. Το διαμέρισμα ήταν ακριβώς όπως στις φωτογραφίες, σε πολύ ήσυχη γειτονιά , με όμορφο κήπο και άνετο πάρκινγκ. Στη γύρω περιοχή υπήρχαν αρκετές επιλογές για καφέ και ποτό όπως μασ συμβούλεψε και ο Ανδρέας. Σίγουρα θα τον ξαναπροτιμήσουμε.

We had a wonderful time in Athens at Matias place. The apartment is small yet has everything you need for a few days in Athens. The terrace is stunning and we especially liked the neighborhood, which is not frequented by many tourists and allowed us to dive in with the locals. Public transport is however close and takes you super fast to the city center. The host welcomed us personally (which we loved a lot, since we are used to anonymous check ins already) and left us with many great recommendations. And if you are worried you might fall out of the loft bed, don’t be! We slept super well 😍

Πολύ άνετη διαμονή, ωραίος χώρος σε όμορφη γειτονιά και ο οικοδεσπότης ήταν πολύ εξυπηρετικός στις ιδιαοτεροτητες της διαμονής μας

Η κυρία Ελένη ήταν πολύ εξυπηρετική και πρόθυμη να μας βοηθήσει σε ό,τι χρειαστήκαμε! Το διαμέρισμα ήταν όπως ακριβώς στις φωτογραφίες και μπορώ να πω πως αδικείται καθώς ήταν πραγματικά το τέλειο σπίτι! Πλήρως εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα, καθαρά μπάνια φρεσκοπλυμένα σκεπάσματα και πετσέτες! Νιώσαμε σαν το σπίτι μας και πραγματικά απολαύσαμε Την διαμονή μας! Το προτείνουμε είτε για παρέα είτε για οικογένεια θα βολευτείτε όσο πουθενά αλλού!

Wonderful location with a gorgeous view of the ocean. Nice restaurants at walking distance and free parking on the street. Our flight arrived late at night and Michail had been checking in to ensure easy checkin. Looking forward to future stays.

L'appartement est top , propose de bons équipements, grands et propres mais malheureusement c'est assez bruyant que ce soit dehors ou les voisins . Sinon l'hôte est vraiment super , très réactif, très gentil et l'appartement est bien placé facile d'accès en bus .

Alex was extremely helpful.. the place was nice and clean, the AC is good, the hot water was perfect. Coffee shop downstairs, Close to the Metro station, and 6 minutes walking to a super market. Very comfortable stay.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this beautiful Airbnb in Athens! From the moment we arrived, our host was warm and welcoming, making us feel right at home. She struck the perfect balance of being available whenever we needed help, yet always respecting our privacy, something we truly appreciated. The apartment itself was stunning, tastefully decorated, spotless, and incredibly comfortable. One of the highlights was definitely the pool, which we had the pleasure of enjoying throughout our stay. It felt like our own little oasis in the city. Another thoughtful touch was the welcome basket, such attention to detail! It was clear that a lot of care and consideration went into making our stay special. And a special thank you to our host for being so patient and kind when we (more than once!) forgot our keys. She never made us feel like a burden and always helped with a smile. This was one of the best Airbnb experiences we’ve ever had. We can’t recommend it highly enough ❤️

The suite was perfect, great size with a nice view. The bed was comfortable, the room was always nice and chilly due to the aircons. Generally speaking great size suite for few days stay just few mins from the port of Peiraus! I will definitely stay again on my next visit!

This is a beautiful apartment with awesome view of the sea. Very spacious living room and gorgeous balcony. The facilities are quite user friendly. We got everything we need for travel lodge. The location is close to the beach. Good place to talk a little walk. It's also a very nice neighborhood for quality dining and grocery shopping. Transportation is convenient. Take 10-15 minutes taxi drive to Akropoly and Piraeus habor. We would highly recommend this one!

Petros place was perfect for my transit night in Athens. Coming in from the ferry port was easy and direct. The apartment is very close to two metro stations. This was convenient to get there and for me to head to the airport in the morning. The instructions to get in were clear and the building felt very safe. The view on the rooftop was perfect, since I didn’t have time to visit the city properly, having the view made it feel like I actually saw something in Athens. Everything was clean and tidy, and the terrace was rally nice with a great sunset view as well. I would stay here again if I had the need! Great deal

We stayed here for just one night after returning from Naxos and before flying out the next morning, and it was absolutely perfect for that purpose. The apartment was clean, the bed was comfortable and the rooftop was amazing—such a great spot to relax after a long day! There’s also a fantastic, authentic Greek restaurant just around the corner, which meant we didn’t have to head back into the city center on our final night. Everything was smooth and easy—highly recommended for a short stay!

Stergios nous a accueilli chaleureusement avec de la nourriture délicieuse et nous a donné plusieurs informations sur les environs. C’est un homme très accueillant et serviable. L’appartement était très mignon et confortable, je m’y suis directement sentie à ma place. C’était le Airbnb le mieux équipé que j’ai vu, avec de la nourriture dans le frigo et de nombreux produits dans la salle de bain à notre disposition. Je me sentais vraiment comme à la maison, l’appartement n’est pas du tout impersonnel! C’est aussi très proche de la station de métro ce qui est pratique, mais pour les jeunes femmes je recommande de prendre un taxi pour rentrer le soir. Merci pour tout Stergios😊

Super netter Kontakt! Es wurde immer sehr schnell auf Fragen geantwortet. Taxi vom und zum Flughafen hat auch bestens funktioniert. Bei der Ankunft wurde uns die Wohnung nochnal gezeigt und alles erklärt. Es war wirklich alles sehr sauber und wie auf den Bildern. Die Metro ist in 5 min fußläufig super zu erreichen und es gibt in der Nähe auch einen kleinen Supermarkt, wo man sich für Frühstück etc. was kaufen kann. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und würden diese Wohnung wieder buchen. LG
