Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Peristeri

Kleio's hospitality and graciousness as a host was truly the highlight of staying at her property. She clearly went above and beyond our expectations to make us feel welcome and taken care of, especially after a long overseas flight or after a long day of hiking around Athens or nearby cities. She had ample supplies a weary traveler might need or forgotten on hand. We are super grateful for the attention to detail Kleio put into thinking about her guests. The location was ideal for launching off on daily adventures and delightful to come back to after exploring all day and into the night. Simply a perfect location and property beautifully appointed and maintained. Hands down one of the best AirBnB stays I have had. Don't hesitate in selecting this place. Book ASAP.....

Clean accommodation and inside the apartment and outside the surrounding area. Very beautiful garden, very well maintained. Friendly and direct host, he was there for everything we needed with a good mood. Everyone who provided services at the accommodation was helpful. Excellent location, very convenient for any activity, easy access everywhere, in the center of Athens, to museums, cultural sites, entertainment venues, restaurants. I highly recommend Marios' accommodation. I will choose it again.

Overall we had a nice stay at Chris's. The accommodation is well-located and well appointed. The terrace and hot tub are a real plus. Chris was available and responsive to our requests. We'll be happy to go back!

Katerina’s place was very close to the park area near the acropolis as well as a few cafes slightly out of the crowded part of town. She was very responsive and was even able to let us check in early, which was a huge help. The slight problem with Wi-fi was far outweighed by her customer service. I would certainly stay with her again!

Communication was good (check-in was prompt, though needing to meet could complicate at times) - our case was fine! House was clean, spot on description-wise and offered all necessary amenities! Location is good - nothing special (that’s sth you already know when booking). The only small caveat might be a little bit of a smell (from not seeing much sun).

Nikos and Georgia were so nice and they stayed up late waiting for us to get in. Which I was most grateful for as the location wasnt as easy to find. I lived that they were proactive and shared that others have had trouble in the past and gave me the step by step instructions on how to locate their beautiful home. Although it felt pretty remote, navigating to the city center was pretty easy. I loved the welcome basket and the complete tour of the home. I truly appreciated how quiet the neighborhood was, especially having been in the city center the whole day. It was literally a breath of fresh air. I would LOVE to stay there again if they would have us.

I really enjoyed my stay here. The patio and privacy were great. The neighborhood is walkable, safe, and relatively quiet. The host provided detailed instructions and was very responsive even late into the evening. Two different train stations are both short walks and there are ample coffee shops and bakeries along the way. Five stars, would love to be a guest here when I return to Athens.

The place is as described, the kitchen and the flat overall are well equipped, it was silent at night. The area is lively and has supermarkets, bakery, restaurants, etc. Christina was kind and helpful. The flat is dark as it’s on the ground floor and its only opening is on an inner courtyard, but it wasn’t an issue for us at all.

Very nice home. Thelma was always responsive and we had a wonderful time in Athens and her place was convenient for shops and food and we had taxis for our others locations. Close to the markets as well!

Maria's penthouse flat is a gem. It was quiet. Location was very accessible with the metro close by. It's just a case of getting the metro from the airport directly (taking any metro on the metro platform which turns up seemed to do the trick). The terrace is lovely. The flat felt authentic and comfortable. There's plenty of nearby restaurants. I recommend the pancakes at The Place near the metro there. Also appreciated the air con in the flat. Thanks Maria for helping enrich my first impressions of Greece!

Akis was an excellent host; the best have had on our trip around Europe. He was very friendly & extremely helpful. The accomodation had lovely outdoor area with a great view of the Acropolis.

Loved staying in the apartment! My best-friend and I stayed here and felt like we had enough room for the both of us. The patio was absolutely gorgeous and I definitely used it the most for peaceful days in Athens. The host was so responsive and helped us with any issues or questions we had which we were extremely grateful for. If I come to Athens again, i’d definitely room in the same spot. Thank you!

Location, location, location! Walk to almost every tourist site you want to see! Tons of restaurants right out of your doorstep so we never had to take a taxi to get anywhere. We visited several places for dining and drinks that were recommended and all were fantastic!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this beautiful Airbnb in Athens! From the moment we arrived, our host was warm and welcoming, making us feel right at home. She struck the perfect balance of being available whenever we needed help, yet always respecting our privacy, something we truly appreciated. The apartment itself was stunning, tastefully decorated, spotless, and incredibly comfortable. One of the highlights was definitely the pool, which we had the pleasure of enjoying throughout our stay. It felt like our own little oasis in the city. Another thoughtful touch was the welcome basket, such attention to detail! It was clear that a lot of care and consideration went into making our stay special. And a special thank you to our host for being so patient and kind when we (more than once!) forgot our keys. She never made us feel like a burden and always helped with a smile. This was one of the best Airbnb experiences we’ve ever had. We can’t recommend it highly enough ❤️

Beautiful apartment, very clean, well equipped, great terrace. The hostess is easily accessible and helpful. The area is probably not the most beautiful in Athens, but the centre can be reached in a few minutes by subway. In this respect, this was not a problem. Would definitely book here again.

My experience was excellent. From the first moment, the host was very friendly and willing to help with anything I needed. Communication was direct and clear, which made me feel safe and comfortable. The house was clean, neat and just as it looked in the photos. I would definitely choose it again and I highly recommend it!

We stayed here for just one night after returning from Naxos and before flying out the next morning, and it was absolutely perfect for that purpose. The apartment was clean, the bed was comfortable and the rooftop was amazing—such a great spot to relax after a long day! There’s also a fantastic, authentic Greek restaurant just around the corner, which meant we didn’t have to head back into the city center on our final night. Everything was smooth and easy—highly recommended for a short stay!

Wow! Great view from the terrace! Great neighborhood and awesome place to stay! Wish we could have stayed longer! Really w ish I had more time to enjoy the rooftop terrace with fantastic acropolis view!

This place is amazing. The view is a dream. Location is excellent. Close to restaurants and iconic places to visit. Peaceful at night and spacious. Looks better in person. I would give a 10 score if it was available. When visiting Athens this is the place to stay. Even more if you are a family. They made accommodations for baby guests. This is the third Airbnb in our 17 day trip and by far the best. Amazing service. Superb host.

Stergios is the sweetest man we’ve ever met. He was so kind and hospitable. Made us food without us even asking. We met his little kitten (we named him Bobby but he may have decided against keeping that name). The area is a little out of the center but easy to get there by train. Food is easy to access just a quick walk away and every Saturday there seems to be a street market down the road that was fun to walk through. The apartment was spotless and homey. He had every amenity we needed taken care of. I would highly recommend staying here just to meet Stergios. We’ll miss him.
