Holiday rentals with a patio in Perissa

We loved staying here! Only 10 min drive from main town Fira and we loved the private pool!

Highly recommended! Beautiful view and location

We really enjoyed our stay at Case Bu! The hosts are friendly, quickly responsive, and very accommodating. The location is perfect- a quick, easy walk to many, many wonderful restaurants, all with excellent food and drink/coffee, and the bus station is only a 10 minute walk. The buses are very nice and comfortable- we took day trips to Oia, Perissa black beach and Akrotiri red beach. The room was lovely- small but cozy, clean and comfortable with everything you might need, and we loved having a private enclosed sitting area with a small pool/tub. The surrounding area is safe, quiet and so beautiful!! Thank you for sharing your wonderful space with us!!

Kely a était adorable, nous étions avec notre petite fille de 6 mois et elle avait tout préparée, ( lit bébé, chaise bébé, lingette, serviette de bain bébé, petit yaourt ). Le petit déjeuner était excellent !! Pleins de bon conseils et nous a réservé le taxi pour le retour. L’emplacement est idéal tout est à une vingtaine de minutes. C’est un petit village calme. Je recommande vivement !

Nous avons passé un très beau séjour dans le logement. Nous avons personnellement trouvé l’emplacement idéal: dans un village plus tranquille, mais avec plusieurs restos, super marché, boulangerie, etc. Le logement est situé tout près de l’arrêt d’autobus (très pratique) et à une quinzaine de minutes de Fira à pied. Bref, tout est à proximité sans être trop rempli de touristes. Le personnel était super gentil, et la piscine très agréable.

We loved our stay here. The apartment is perfectly designed for a relaxing, carefree vacation. While it is not on the caldera side, the location gives you privacy, quiet, and an unforgettable vista of the ocean and sunsets. We enjoyed cocktails from the balcony and soaking tub nightly. Andreas and Nellie responded immediately to every request. We enjoyed Santos Souvlaki for lunches on the corner and a grocery store 100 feet away. It is a one minute walk to the main esplanade but tucked behind the street so no crowds walking by. It was everything we wanted to enjoy Oia.

Oliva Apartments truly exceeded my expectations. Despite the flight delays, they waited for me. When the power went out in the neighbourhood, they were there in minutes. The accommodations were super clean, even better than a hotel with all the furnishings of a home. Location wise, they were a 5 minute walk to the beach and all the restaurants. I highly recommend this location, especially if you plan on hanging out at the beach with a family and pets.I don’t normally review much, but I was so happy to give this place my recommendation.

Maria embodies the phrase “Greek Hospitality” She provides so many personal touches that you will not find anywhere else. Her detailed recommendations for food, sightseeing and excursions were spot on. We especially enjoyed the catamaran excursions she recommended. The apartment is lovely, spotless and beautifully decorated in the Santorini cave style. The location is perfect! Close to everything, yet peaceful and quiet. I cannot recommend Andrea’s Hospitality enough! It is a great value for the price. I promise, you will not be disappointed!

What a find - the property was lovely, from the minute we walked in to the moment we left. The view of the ocean was fabulous, the villa was spotless and perfect for our needs. The pool is perfect to dip into to cool down on sunny days and the patio just serene to eat breakfast, lunch or dinner. Beatrice gave us great recommendations - and everywhere we went everyone was friendly and the welcome was warm. Beatrice herself was the perfect host - she was communicative and very helpful, throughout our stay. Can’t recommend this place highly enough - we had a fantastic time here 😊

I cannot say enough good things about Zak and his team. The guys carried out luggage to our place from the shuttle and made sure we knew everything about the rental, with a full tour, before leaving. The place we rented was exactly what was in the description. The location was amazing! Zak was amazing!! From the shuttle bookings, restaurant recommendations, booking our catamaran sunset cruise( which was incredible with Santorini yacht Club), personally coming to meet us for a coffee and the “treats” left in the room, our experience couldn’t have been better. We would highly recommend this place!!

Irene is a perfect host. The whole stay, from communication, to check in, to facilities and to helpfulness was just perfect. It is like a five star hotel inside the property, with so much thought put into everything. The bathroom is fabulous and so clean with everything you need. We loved the mosquito nets on all of the windows especially. The bed was very big and comfortable, and the aircon was very good. The property is so quiet and peaceful inside. We were allowed to get an early check in on the day at a moment’s notice which was lovely. Irene’s bakery across the way sells everything including hot food and is open 24/7. The bus stop to Fira, Akrotiri and Perissa is right outside the bakery and is just 2 euros and was very frequent with air con on all the buses. Irene arranged our taxi transfer back to the airport which was very punctual and a lot cheaper than other firms. Overall we loved this place and only wished we could have stayed here longer. Highly recommend! Before we even arrived our host arranged for a taxi from the port. Her father checked us in a showed us around the home. To our surprise there was cold water, bread, lunch meat, cheese, fruit, wine, milk & juice for us! The home is around some construction of homes so at first we were a little surprised, but after exploring the town it is cute, safe, walkable. We preferred this town to Oia. Home is very clean, comfy, nice design. Careful of stairs if any issues or young children. Pool/patio is one of best views of the island. Beautiful sunset!

Magical is how I would describe Pantelis’s place. It is in a secluded cave village and that alone is so cool, but the thought and detail he has put into this space is outstanding. The sunset views from the patio are worth it alone, but you get a peaceful feeling being away from all of the hustle and bustle of town. Pantelis provided me with some food to get me going and invited me to a wonderful homemade dinner with some of his friends. He really made my visit unique and memorable. None of the other islands have compared now! Thirassia itself is small but I really enjoyed exploring it. There is a trail right outside the house that connects you with most of the main sites on the island. I fell in love with the kitties, Agrilita in particular she was such a doll and had three kittens with her. She stole my heart and so did Thirassia. I will be back! Thank you Pantelis for creating such a beautiful space and sharing it with me!

We stayed here for 5 days and we had an amazing time. The airbnb is at a perfect location (2 minutes away from the beach) and there are plenty of shops and restaurants nearby! I would definitely come again!

Nick and Nancy were an absolute pleasure to deal with and provided a fantastic stay which all started with the pick up from the port. They were super helpful with all aspects of the stay but also went above and beyond when we had a sick child and arranged a Drs visit and an added nights accommodation. Location was fantastic even with 2 young kids (3 and 1). Would absolutely stay in there property again.

Geweldige week gehad in dit appartement. Midden op het eiland, met de auto is alles max 20/25 min afstand. Eigen parkeerplaats! Op loopafstand ook gewoon supermarkten en winkels/eettentjes. Comfortabele bedden , lichte /open inrichting precies zoals de foto's. Fijne jacuzzi. 3 buitenruimtes. Dimitris op 20 meter afstand om alles aan te vragen.

Regardez bien les photos, la maison est exactement comme ça ! Une maison très agréable pour notre séjour. Elle est très propre et bien agencée, meublée afin d'offrir un séjour confortable. La terrasse est très chouette du matin au soir. Et surtout, nous avons grandement apprécié le calme du village. Les échanges avec Alexandra furent instantanés, nombreux et toujours précis pour une arrivée facile même de nuit, ce qui fut notre cas. Ses nombreuses recommandations nous ont aidé pour nos activités. Kamari à 2 kms fut un gros coup de cœur tout proche. Je recommande ce logement +++ Merci encore Alexandra pour votre accueil.
